Matched requirements to be in town centre. Excellent bed and shower. Great kitchen facilities. Safe as a female sole traveller.
Would like to see more hooks for hanging items in both the bedroom and bathroom.

Proximity to town and public transport.
2 bedroom apartment I booked was changed to a 1 bedroom 2 days before with out any consultation, suggestions on how to house the people staying or monetary compensation. Unhelpful customer service staff. TV did not work and when bought to the attention of staff was told that some don’t work due to the location. 8 days after checkout and still no sign of my deposit being returned. I took photos and videos of every room mark and dent as soon as I entered the property. Windows did not open and the thermostat could not be changed.
