Superb Service in an Unbeatable Location

The location couldn't be better—perfectly situated for exploring, with major attractions and transport links just a short, pleasant walk away. However, what truly elevated my stay was the staff. A special thank you to the team who handled my check-in and check-out; they were incredibly friendly and professional, making the entire process seamless and completely stress-free. It’s the little details and the excellent service that make a stay memorable, and they nailed it. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Amazing stay and diffidently will come again and again

Everything was super perfect, the location the design and very spacious, also the furniture is modern and clean like new, so everything was excellent, also the lady who is taking care of this apartment Mrs Francesca were super-host and very supportive.

1- They don’t do the cleaning at all and if I want them to clean it, I have to pay €60, however, they offered me free extra towels and tissues if I need and I can take them from the basement storage. 2- The kitchen has power-dip because one of their electric outlet was broken and has to be fixed or replaced so I had to call Francesca to come to my apartment and then discuss the matter with her and the owner to resolve it and they find the issue and they told me how to fix it if it’s happened again. 3- limited car parking in this building for two cars only while the building has four apartments.

Modern design

Manager is so rude. When we arrived she said we’d only paid for 2 people even though our booking which we showed her included our kids. Charged us 300 euro or she wouldn’t let us in and she told us it’s not her problem and to sort it out with booking. It’s also not in an ideal location. In the back of no where. Would never recommend for what you pay!

Everything was great, we are satisfied with our stay. The bed is comfortable, there is a lot of space in the apartment. It is very nice to receive fresh croissants every morning :) Polite attitude of the staff!

Comfortable stay

I texted the host about an hour before my arrival and she was there to welcome us. The apartment is located in a quiet area but near to a mall and restaurants (less than 1km). It is big for 5 of us with comfortable beds / pillows, there are a few washers and water dispenser in the basement area. My family and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again if there is a chance.

The bathroom in the master bedroom has only glass doors / panels, there isn't much privacy. i had to close the room door when using the bathroom.

The suite is big enough for 4 adults, it was equipped with all needed equipment, the interior design of the suite was awesome. Francesca was really helpful and guided me good informations about the suite and the lake too.

Overall a nice quiet location and clean apartment with good facilities.

Breakfast was good and the layout of the apartment and the washing facilities in the basement

The exposed toilet was very annoying, and indecent concept in the master bedroom. I felt it was unnecessary and quite uncomfortable set up. Coffee machine didn’t work

The Essence Charming Suites in Riva del Garda is genuinely a wonderful place. Very comfortable, incredibly clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. Francesca was a very helpful and lovely host. We highly recommend this place to anyone. My wife and I have only one suggestion - it would be great if the balconies had sunbeds so that you could relax in the evening after an intense day in the mountains :)

Very good soundproofing so you don't hear other guests. Free parking available on site.

The ensuite for the master bedroom had a glass door. I would have preferred an opaque door or curtain for privacy.
