Biker Couple Pitstop

Excellent location. Deluxe room was perfect for us (biker couple on a long ride needing a one night pitstop). Nice view (inner city)and balcony. Big walk-in shower and great bathroom facilities. Decent breakfast 🥞

Very friendly reception staff, clean and comfortable room with an amazing view of the sea. Great location. Friendly staff in the restaurant.

Although the breakfast had lots of choice, they don't provide allergy options (soya milk, gluten free bread) without being told in advance. The restaurant options were also quite limited for vegan/coeliacs too.

A few days by the sea in Belgium.

Great location with fantastic view. Breakfast was really good with a plentiful choice. Good size shower and fridge in room.

9th floor was a bit of a trek to take the dog out first thing, we paid £15 a night for the dog ? Room wasn't as clean as I would expect, there was a strange smell on the bedding. No kettle in the room and when I asked if I could buy a drink in the restaurant they wouldn't serve me.

We always love staying in this friendly hotel. Apart from the beautiful views, it’s ideally located.

The rooms with a view have just that …. stunning views of the spectacular beach and out to sea. The breakfast is wonderful, offering so much choice (and eaten with a view too). Always very clean and comfortable, with a fantastic shower. Hotel is ideally situated for trips further along the coast, including beautiful Brugge.

Everything - great location, friendly staffs, public parking nearby with great price (5 Euro/day), free coffee in the room, sea view, great breakfast, big fridge in the room, delicious restaurant downstair (no reservation possible for this restaurant), spacious room

The check-in time window is very narrow (14h00 - 18h00). We actually want to go their since Friday evening but we will never make it to their check-in time window. It would be nice if they can work on expanding their check-in time window.

Great location with sea view

It is located at the sea front. The room with sea view is so awesome. We come here so often and the hotel keeps on improving a lot in the past years. The room facilities are well-equipped with a fridge and coffee machine. The public parking is just behind the hotel and costs only 5 Euro per day.

We stay at this hotel so often in the past year and nothing ever happened till this time (that is why I give the review only 9/10 this time). In the middle of the night (around 2 AM), someone knocked our door so loudly and we thought something happened (fire or something like that). It turned out to be a guy who seemed to be in trouble and he needed to borrow our iPhone charger since he had to talk to his mother. He promised to return it to us the next day. Then around 5 AM, he knocked our neighbor‘s room (the same like he did with us). In the morning, we did not see that guy at the breakfast and tried to find him on our floor. And he did not seem to be a guest of this hotel and our iPhone charger was gone with him (of course). We talked to our neighbor too and he got banged on the door like us and did not understand what the guy wanted. Anyway, the thing was that we were not sure if the hotel locked the night entrance door or not and why the stranger could just come into the hotel. Perhaps the hotel should take care more about the lock of their night entrance.

Just perfect and we always love staying there

Top location with sea view. The staffs are friendly. The room comfort is very good with a big fridge and coffee machine in the room. The breakfast has lots of choices with delicious breads. The restaurant downstair is really great. We are regular guests here at this hotel for several years and will continue to be so.

The check-in time slot could be a bit longer that one can check-in there late evening too.

we had a really nice time and spent more on the beach then in the room

the seaside room had a beautiful vieuw the breakfast was buffet style and was really descent and good the room itself was clean, with a fridge/freezer, tv, table and chairs and even a senseo coffee machine but you need to bring your own coffee for that.

the mattress could've been more comfortable the elevator was old and slow and busy they could've included some washcloths with the towels

A view is absolutely stunning. Our room was quite pleasant and a freshly redecorated bathroom exceeded our expectactions.

The entrence to the hotel an a lift are ugly. The restaurant could do better than serving fastfood from a deep-freeze but I can imagine that's à temporary situation due to covid restrictions.

Nachtmerrie

Het nachtlawaai. Er was een Nieuwjaars party aan de gang ,net onder onze kamer. We hebben de hele nacht wakker gelegen en veel stress gehad. Nadat ik het was gaan melden hebben ze er niets aan gedaan. Ze beloofde ons een nieuwe overnachting. Maar deze hebben we uiteindelijk niet gekregen. Na meerdere mails te sturen. Zijn deze onbeantwoord gebleven. We voelen ons echt bedrogen en afgezet.We hoorde dat ze in september gaan sluiten. Daarom dat ze niets meer met de gasten inzitten. We zijn er nog steeds niet goed van.

Le bon accueil du personnel, la situation géographique avec le parking tout prêt de l'hôtel, la vue exceptionnelle sur la digue et et la mer et le copieux déjeuner, il y avait vraiment pour tout les goûts/très variés.

Le matelas qui nous as fait mal au dos. Aussi, le vent qui soufflait fort, le châssis de droite faisais rentrer des courant d'air en direction du lit. Chambre 4A. Mais sinon c'était parfait :)

ontbijt was zeer goed en uitgebreid. Kamer op de 8ste verdieping was aan de kleine kant maar wel comfortabel alhoewel niet 100% winddicht.
