This is a hotel primarily catering for clients with health and/or mobility issues

I choose this hotel primarily because it's located walking distance from the venue where we were attending a concert that evening. When making the reservation it did not occur to me that this hotel is primarily serving clients with medical and or mobility issues. This results in a more "healthcare facility" type of atmosphere in both rooms and corridors. This was something that surprised me but I could have known it, had I checked out the hotel's website. The room was spacious and quiet, breakfast was OK.

Really close to Proximus Popup Arena where we had a concert to attend, free parking, and a cool breakfast in the morning : nothing more to wait for, it was just great.

Clean hotel not far from the beach in Middelkerke

Clean hotel located close to the beach of Middelkerke, just 7-10mins on foot. Staff is very helpful and try to assist you with any of the questions. Free parking just next to the hotel. Breakfast can be chosen the day in advance and is really very divers! The COVID-19 measures were fully followed, social distance, masks etc. I first had a room facing the road, but requested a more quiet room and was offered a room further away, which I very much appriciated! It was a room with a terrace, which is an additional value on a sunny day. All in all very positive experience.

Hotel is equipped in such a way that people with limited mobility can easily stay there, special beds, bathroom etc (which is a big advantage for them), this can give a bit of the impression of the hospital. But this does not disturb much. Price is not very cheap, but is usual for the Belgian coast.

Onhygiënisch

De locatie en het ontbijt.

Er zaten heel veel zilvervisjes in de kamer. Toen we vroegen om de 2de nacht te annuleren wegens niet kunnen slapen door dit ongedierte, werd door de receptioniste op een onvriendelijke manier gereageerd. Er kon niets gedaan worden omdat we via booking geboekt hadden. Er werd geen oplossing gezocht en we konden ons geld niet terugkrijgen. Een zeer slechte en onhygiënische ervaring dus.

super TOP, impeccable pour les PMR et les accompagnants

tout est prévu pour les personnes à besoins spécifiques ainsi que pour les personnes qui accompagnent. Le petit-déjeuner était fabuleux, tant salé que sucré avec de bons produits locaux et des fruits frais. Nous n'avions pas réserver pour le souper, mais avons pu commandé à la carte, c'était très bon. Le personnel est au petit soin et souriant, c'est très appréciable ;-)

Hôtel spécialisé (mais pas exclusif) pour les handicapés, propre, moderne, spacieux.

Hôtel bien placé pas loin de la mer dans une station balnéaire. C'est un hôtel équipé pour recevoir des handicapés mais qui reçoit aussi des valides. Ca fait que les locaux ressemblent un peu à un hôpital, et pour permettre le passage des fauteuils ils sont très spacieux. Moderne et propre.

Le parking est un peu petit par rapport aux besoins.
