Very nice villa, the Deluxe room was super nice with a balcony. The food was excellent. Only about 100m to the beach on foot. The owners let us check in early.

The overall dining experience fell well below that experienced elsewhere for the price paid. The hotel restaurant is not one you can take business guests to. The hotel is truly just 3* What a pity!

Don't understand how this can have good ratings...
It's an adult only hotel but on the other side of the terrace there's a giant children bouncer castle, so when you are on the terrace or open windows it's very loud! The smell of disinfectant was so strong, it hurt when breathing and was disgusting to stay in that smell. There is no air con so we had to open the window and it still didn't go away. I wonder how it can smell so much like disinfectant but the rest of the room was so dirty and old. We even found a plastic paper from a previous guest on the floor so it seems the floor was not cleaned at all. There was no soap in the bathroom. The toilet was in an extra room without sink so after using the toilet you have to touch the doorknob and go to another room to wash hands. The breakfast system was complicated and the staff unfriendly. Very disappointing.
