Super well equipped facilities, beautiful place, and tasty breakfast.

Amazing facilities, in a very beautiful place. Also, Steve was very helpful, he picked us up from the nearby village, he showed us everything in the property. He was always available to questions, and him with his wife were preparing a nice breakfast every morning. Definitely recommend.

I would just mention that breakfast could be available until at least 10 am. We didn't want to set sharp alarm while on holidays. Acknowledging that Steve and Natasha run another business and they want to be there on time, though.

Overall an excellent stay, where you’ll feel welcome and at home.

Host super friendly and made us feel at home; Quiet and located at the countryside of the Belgian coast, with a +-10min drive to the nearest beach; Spa (whirlpool, pool, sauna) , Billard, Fitness, Table Tennis and Darts without any fees; Very good breakfast in the mornings

Very good

The room was very nice - even better in real life than in the pictures. The breakfast was delicious - the best I've had in this part of Europe, I think. There's a sauna which you can book so you can have a completely private sauna session for 1h. They also have a jacuzzi which we didn't use. On summer the pool probably looks nice as well. The owners were very friendly and treated us well. I missed the fact that checkout was at 10am, so they allowed us to leave at 10:30.

Soundproofing between the rooms is not good - we could hear the conversation and the TV from the room next to ours.

Als je er even tussenuit wil is dit de perfecte plaats! Wij komen volgend jaar zeker terug!

Alles was echt tip top! Super vriendelijke host die enorm flexibel was. Zo konden we later inchecken en vroeger ontbijten dan normaal voorzien wordt aangezien wij voor een marathon vroeger moesten vertrekken en zo anders niet konden ontbijten. De welness is ook echt geweldig!

Het bed was voor ons persoonlijk een beetje te hard maar dat is geen probleem. Alles is goed voorzien!

Mooie B&B op een fijne locatie tussen Nieuwpoort en Middelkerke

Onze ontvangst was allesbehalve hartelijk. Integendeel zelfs. Vooraleer we hadden kunnen inchecken, werden we al op de vingers getikt per telefoon, SMS en via Booking dat we de privé woning van de uitbaters zouden hebben betreden (nergens staan wegwijzers en het zwembad/jacuzzi liggen tussen de twee gebouwen) terwijl we niet wisten wat er aan de hand was gezien wij niet meer hadden gedaan dan - na een autorit van 2,5u - aan de eerst bijzijnde persoon de weg te hebben gevraagd naar het toilet. Achteraf bleek dit een “misverstand” te zijn en hebben we telefonisch excuses gekregen maar wij hadden het geapprecieerd moest dit bij aankomst of tijdens ons verblijf face-to-face zijn gebeurd. Het is ook jammer dat de incheck stipt om 14u30 moest gebeuren en het ontbijt enkel om 9u stipt kon worden genuttigd. Voor het overige een mooie B&b maar voor ons jammer genoeg niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

De rust. De jacuzzi en het zwembad zijn zeker een pluspunt Gastvrijheid kan niet beter! Je wordt zo vriendelijk ontvangen. Elke dag weer goedgezind en mega behulpzaam

Super fijn en heerlijk ontbijt

Picobello in orde, lekker ontbijt en hartelijke ontvangst, ideaal gelegen voor uitstappen. Kortom voor herhaling als we nog eens naar zee gaan.

Achtergrondlawaai autostrade is het enige minpuntje als de wind slecht staat.

Hôtes très accueillants, beaucoup d’équipement pour des loisirs divers, petit déjeuner très copieux. L’accès au jacuzzi et au sauna à toute heure est un vrai plus. Nous avons également pu emprunter les 2 vélos gratuitement. Le logement est bien placé et isolé, permettant d’être dépaysé.

Il y a 4 chambres au total et il est vrai qu’on entend les voisins dans les chambres avoisinantes parler. Il n’y a également pas de volets et un peu de lumière le matin
