Having arrived late in the evening, we received a warm welcome and quick check in. The politeness of the staff continued throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The lobby and bar areas are stylish and great areas to relax with a drink. Breakfast was superb, with a great range of options and lots of staff ensuring things remained topped up up. The location is perfect for Tempodrom events and also great for exploring Berlin (close to underground and short walk to Potsdam Platz).

Good value for money. Location outside of a music venue perfect for concert goers.
The exec suite only has sky windows - no windows on the walls, only on the roof - it does make it a bit claustrophobic and would probably choose a regular room instead.
They have a system on an iPad asking if you wish to skip cleaning during your stay, they also have do not disturb cards in the room. We used both to ask for no disturbance, yet someone from the cleaning team has gone in against our will and did the cleaning.
We have complained as soon as we noticed the intrusion but apart from "Sorry", we didnt get any acknowledgment or further care.
