Hotel is clean and the location is so good that publjc transportation stations are all close, also you can walk to restaurants and markets which are so close to the hotel.Also the staff is so kind.
The bed was not comfortable on which there was a very thin bed that i could feel the solid surface of the underneath part . Also the windows are locked and there are a note wrltten in German informing why the windows are locked.You can only use the air conditioner to get cooled but no fresh air .

No one explained to us about the new heating system available only in a few rooms, so the regular heating did not work at all. After some hours of the room still being freezing cold despite turning the knobs to max, in the late evening I had to go to the reception (there are no phones in the rooms) and ask. Only then they told me where to find the controls for the new heating system.
