Exceptional service from the minute we stepped out of the cab. Upgrade to private pool room as hotel was full. A smaller hotel than Ora or Michael so more personal feel. Tranquil and tucked away from the bustle of shops and restaurants which are a five minute walk away. Lovely main pool area. Excellent restaurant in hotel Feng Shui Inn and breakfast at Tangerine. Quick entry to Water Park through back hotel gate.

The front desk officer and the huge room. It was exceptionally clean.
The haunted doorway and the creaking noise when opening the balcony door. Please apply 3m spray for the balcony door. The bed is too soft and me and my kids couldn't sleep well throughout. 2 lights flickering.
