Great breakfast, superb surroundings, close to the attractions

My room was comfortable, spacious and peaceful, making it a wonderful place to relax and unwind. However, the real highlight of my stay was the exceptional kindness and hospitality of the staff. There were a couple of days when I wasn’t feeling too well, and I was genuinely touched when the team delivering my in-room dining went out of their way to remove their shoes before entering my room. I found this incredibly respectful and thoughtful, and it meant a lot to me. The lobby staff were equally wonderful, regularly checking in to see how I was feeling and making sure I was okay. At check-in Pop and Stephanie helped me relocate rooms when I discovered the noise from the bottom Waterworld music was booming in - I was truly grateful for this as I genuinely wanted to rest. When I checked out, they even asked whether I had my airport transfer organised so they could keep an eye out for it. I formed such a lovely connection with these team members, and knowing they were interested in when I might return to visit them was such a heartwarming gesture. These small acts of kindness made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The housekeeping team also deserves recognition for keeping my room clean and comfortable, even when a room refresh wasn’t always necessary! 😂 A special mention goes to the lovely lady cleaning in the Level 1 hallway area, who always greeted me with a warm smile. The Level 1 toilets were also consistently tidy and immaculate. Thank you, Equarius Hotel, for such a memorable and enjoyable stay. Every interaction made me feel genuinely welcomed, cared for and looked after. It’s the people who make a place special, and your team truly made my time at Equarius Hotel an experience I will remember fondly. I would absolutely love to return and stay with you again. Thank you for making my Singapore experience so special!

The front desk officer and the huge room. It was exceptionally clean.

The haunted doorway and the creaking noise when opening the balcony door. Please apply 3m spray for the balcony door. The bed is too soft and me and my kids couldn't sleep well throughout. 2 lights flickering.
