Great staff, the basket of snacks on check-in was a pleasant surprise. Walking distance to monorail and resort world were great
Lobby entrance not visible, had to go through carpark, taxi and grab drivers seemed confused

The cleanliness of the room.
Also, it’s very close to Universal Studios! We loved this because we could just walk to get coffee and or food.
They rooms are small and we got
One on the floor.

Room and shower was very comfortable.
Bed was a bit on the soft side. Limited food options with only 2 rooftop restaurants.

The pool was nice
The room was very small and cluttered
The breakfast buffet was below average
The pool didn’t haven’t enough shade so during the peak heat of the day the water was way to warm and uncomfortable
