That it was clean and not much mosquito

That the pool area is not sheltered. When the rain fall, I am unable to use the pool due to the thunder and lightning.

Wir verbrachten Ende Juli mit unseren 2 Kindern 5 Nächte im Raffles. Die Villen sind toll und die Anlage gepflegt, sauber und sehr ruhig. Frühstück fast ausschließlich alacarte - ein Traum. Es gibt 2 Restaurants (Royal China & Empire Grill), unser Liebling war das Empire Grill am Hauptpool. Das Essen war TOP, der Service ausgezeichnet. Besonders die Truppe um Alexander - Santos, Lyle, Eric, Amy und Don war besonders nett, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Der Hauptpool ist an die 30 m lang und schaut super aus. Zum öffentlichen Strand/Meer sind es ca 300m, zu Fuß kein Problem. Abreisetag: Unser Flug ging erst um 22 Uhr und wir durften kostenfrei bis 15 Uhr im Zimmer bleiben und danach ebenfalls kostenfrei bis 20 Uhr die Anlage und Infrastruktur vom Raffles benutzen. Everything was perfect and staff were very friendly and helpful. Shout-out to Tom who showed us the villa. He was very polite and answered our questions. Villa was clean and spacious. Hotel gave us a complimentary cake and chocolates as I have informed them that we're celebrating our 5th anniversary. Managed to check in earlier and also got a baby cot that I requested for. Thank you to all the staff who assisted us!

During check out staff didn't ask how was the stay. I was so excited to tell them all the good reviews but nobody asked. Haha it's okay hope to see you all again :)

La chambre, le salon et la petite piscine privée.

Le spa pas du tout au niveau d’un hôtel Raffles, 5 étoiles. Soins nuls prodigués par un personnel incompétent. Le spa lui même semble non terminé . Salles de soins peu agréables. Bref ne perdez pas votre temps et oubliez le spa. De plus de nombreux détails pèchent : personne ne vient refaire la chambre le soir . S’agissant de villas et non de chambres il serait utile de fournir un télécommande pour éviter de se déplacer à chaque fois qu’il faut ouvrir la porte d’accès au personnel. L’offre restauration n’est pas non plus à la hauteur de ce que l’on peut attendre d’un tel établissement. Activités proposées peu interessantes : créer son parfum par exemple ! Pas très opportun dans un tel lieu. Rapport qualité prix très moyen. Je n’y retournerai pas car il y a à Singapour des hôtels bien plus agréables et bien moins chers notamment le Four Seasons.
