You will be never disappointed if you stay in this property . Moreover you will dream to come back here again . Perfect in any way. The most beautiful family who run it . They made our stay absolutely unforgettable. Everything is perfect here . Location just 15 min drive from Venice , 10 min from big commercial centre, lots of parking . Beautiful peaceful gardens , animals , comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast from their own farm . Can’t be better. Also the restaurant for dinner was a Michelin star food. The best we had in Italy

A wonderful place just outside of Venice. The facilities, decoration, and restaurants were superb. The Staff was extremely nice and I cannot recommend this place enough.

Wonderful

The breakfast at this farmhouse hotel near Venice was absolutely delightful! The spread was a perfect blend of local flavors—freshly baked pastries, rich Italian coffee, and an assortment of cheeses and cured meats. It felt like the perfect way to start the day, with everything made from local ingredients, offering a true taste of the region. As for the location, it was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the tranquil countryside, the farm house offered a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of Venice, while still being close enough for easy access to the city. Surrounded by lush greenery and the charming sounds of nature, it was a peaceful retreat that made every moment feel like a quiet getaway. The peaceful ambiance combined with the rustic beauty of the area made it the perfect setting to relax and recharge.

Countryside location

Just on the edge of a town with a countryside feel. Plenty of parking and the pool was lovely with plenty of loungers to sit on. We stayed in a two bed apartment in a separate building to the main hotel. We missed breakfast, which looked superb!

We were in the ground floor apartment and we could hear the people upstairs talking and walking around.

BEST PALCE FOR RELAX

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel (the first time was last year), and it's the best place for a relaxing vacation. I specifically come here from Poland to unwind. My favorite activities are cycling and swimming. The most important thing for me is the minimal number of people, as it's very quiet and peaceful. The staff is very friendly. This time, we had a minor issue with our room, and the receptionist went out of her way to accommodate us and change our room to ensure our comfort. It was very appreciated. Thank you again, you are my angel. I tried the breakfast this time and it was also great!

It would be great to have our own hotel transfer ☺️

A very calm, clean, and cozy place. The staff is very helpful, answers all questions, and resolves any misunderstandings perfectly. The food at the bistro was also incredibly delicious. Once again, thank you for the gifted bottle of wine and a wonderful stay!

The MOST relaxing stay in a little bit of paradise and yet so close to Venice

What isn’t there to like? This lovely boutique hotel is perfection and we couldn’t believe our luck in booking this paradise. - Very comfortable room with air conditioning - Excellent quality sheets, towels and bedding - Powerful shower - Peaceful location - The most amazing breakfast (make sure you book it, you won’t regret it) - A lovely swimming pool with sunbeds, umbrellas for shade and pool towels provided - An on site bistro and an on site restaurant both of which serve great quality, fresh food (ask the hotel reception to book you a table)

Everything we wished for our long-weekend in Veneto

We had a wonderful stay at Fiori & Frutti over the long weekend. Everything was to our full satisfaction. The entire estate, including the pool area, was very well kept; the rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable; and the staff were extremely friendly at all times. Breakfast was served with great attention to detail and included fresh fruit, cheese, salami, yoghurt, cake and fresh bread. We also enjoyed two amazing seven-course dinners at the farm restaurant, as well as the farm tour and cooking class with private dining afterwards.

Hidden gem in 20 minutes from airport. Staying there was a big pleasure. Two Michelin restaurants, beautiful farm with animals, swimming pool. All of it created unique ambience

We had a good stay at this hotel. The breakfast is stunning, beautifully laid out with fresh food. We stayed in the apartment with a young family and it suited us perfectly. Its very clean, chic and well equipped. The beds are very comfy. My mother in law stayed in a double room on her own and it was beautiful too. The surroundings were very nice, quiet and lovely fresh air. We had few things that felt a bit off: when we arrived the lady who checked us in wasn't very helpful. She mentioned 'we have lots of animals' but no guidance of how to see them. We saw sheep in a field and horses but that was it. It was raining so maybe that was the issue. Also the main restaurant was closed which we hadn't been told. It was the main reason for our stay. However the bistro was delicious and the people working there was fabulous and very helpful. Small portions so its best to order all the courses.

Beautifully decorated country house with superb beds and an exceptional breakfast. Unfortunately we had to leave very early to get to Venise airport for flights but the staff went out of their way to provide such a magnificent breakfast we were almost tempted to miss the flight! Really comfortable bed and good shower and only 20 mins to the airport. Perfect

Nestled in a serene and peaceful location, it provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the standout highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. Simply put, it was amazing. From freshly baked cakes to a variety of fruits and local delicacies, every morning started on a delicious note. The attention to detail and quality of ingredients truly made it a memorable experience. Special mention to the young lady serving us breakfast, she made the whole experience much better. The calm and quiet atmosphere of the location further enhanced the overall tranquility of the stay. It was incredibly refreshing to wake up to the sounds of nature and enjoy a leisurely morning before venturing out to explore. Speaking of exploration, the location of the property is truly unbelievable. Situated in close proximity to Venice and its surroundings, it served as the perfect base for discovering the beauty of the region. Whether strolling through the enchanting streets of Venice or embarking on scenic day trips, the convenience of the location cannot be overstated.

While our stay was generally great and enjoyable, we encountered a few drawbacks. Firstly, communication with some of the receptionists was challenging due to their limited English proficiency, which made it difficult to address any concerns or inquiries. Additionally, we encountered ants in the room and bed, as explained due to the property's natural surroundings and cold weather at the time. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was positive and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Venice and beyond.

A little piece of paradise

We loved everything about the hotel. It is very quiet and you are surrounded by nature. The breakfast was amazing, everyone was homemade. The interior was really warm, every little detail was on point. The bed was very comfortable. You wake up to birds singing. I will be back soon for sure!

Family with child

If you want to visit Venice by car, and not to stay in crowded city, consider Al Segnavento. Excelent accomodation and breakfast. You could go to Venice or lake Garda and be back in one day. We will return to this location for sure 😊.

Wonderful place to relax.

After nine days of hiking in the Dolomites, this was a perfect place to relax and unwind before catching a flight out of the Venice airport. Wonderful grounds, pool, room, staff and amazing food.

We did not mind our small bathroom, but some might prefer more space.

Great place to stay with a relaxed atmosphere

Great resort and property with two really nice restaurants and personnel. Food was great as is the price-quality ratios. Really nice atmosphere and rooms with attention to detail. Kind employees in the restaurant, at the pool and during breakfast. Breathtaking location.

The breakfast at €20 per person is a bit too much as are the prices for just plain water/beverages at the pool €5 each - you are not allowed to bring your own but a beer is equally expensive as an apple juice. Resort can further improve in terms of hospitality and providing services to the guests (for example proactively proposing to share tips at arrival, asking: how was your trip etc. To make it an even better experience). Tip: show guests - who are interested - even more what they will be eating by having more visibility to the gardens, sheep, cows and other animals to improve the experience (as most of the food is locally produced, but now invisible behind fences)

The reception guy told me that the taxi from the hotel to city center was 15€ then once in the taxi I paied 30€. I called the guy to said that he gave me a wrong information he said don’t worry you can paie and I will take care of the difference of 15€ because it is my mistake. from this call, no answer from the hotel ! many many message was sent in order to find a solution. I don’t like the way of approch, once they kick you out they don’t care anymore about you.
