Wonderful little hotel that doesn't try to hard at being fancy, feels like home

When I walked in it felt dated, but then I realised how solid everything was. It wasn't trying to be fancy or upscale, it was simply a hotel and didn't try to be anything more. What it does it seems to focus on doing exceptionally well. And for that I'd say it's better value than some extremely expensive places I've stayed at. Definitely want to come back!

The climate control turned off randomly, the climate was fine, I assume it was automatic, but I like the sound of the fan, it helps me sleep

A good hotel close to the sea for a few day stay!

This is not the best hotel what ive ever visited, but its far better then the reviews shows in booking. The rooms are clean, the staff is really kind and helpful, the breakfast is good and there is a free parking space for the visitors!

Well not the biggest problem of the world, but there is a smell in the air what is annoyed me a little. A parfum, maybe some cleaning stuff i dont know. There is a limited parking spots, so you need to hurry. The shower is clean, but a bit of "upgrade" would be a really good point!

price but without AC still not worth it. location to access Venice. this all good I can say.

Air Conditioning wasn't working, no tv remote controller , key to safe box not working, no cloth hangers in the closet . Gentlemen at the desk nice but couldn't help with anything took notes. First day on the job from another hotel. If reception closes at 20: you are on your own. It was 33 C day time . Night bearable with balcony door open but not expectable with no Air Conditioning.

For a very fair price the room was absolutely okay, the furniture is a little old, but it was clean and comfy. Also the receptionist was really friendly and gave us a lot of tips for our stay. Thank you!

Fine for a short stay

The hotel is a bit outdated but clean, and the staff is very friendly, everybody is helpfull. (Special thanks to Christian) the breakfast is extensive and quite cheap. We enjoyed the stay!

The room was clean, and towels were nice and soft. Also, the location of the hotel is good - it's close to the sea and the main touristic street.

Room and the hotel warnt clean wen we arrived. Room was not cleaned until the next day. Toilet seat was dirty, shower drain with hair and floors everywhere were not vacuum cleaned.

La maggioranza della struttura ha bisogno di essere sistemata il livello della struttura è pari se non inferiore ad uno ostello non di un hotel a 3 stelle so che il personale da il massimo ma veramente la struttura ha bisogno di tantissimo lavoro ho lavorato in hotel e so benissimo quello che sto dicendo il proprietario deve spendere soldi e migliorare dalla hol alle camere e corridoi mettere delle tv più grandi nelle camere

Dieses Hotel kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist auch nicht schlecht.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und sehr einfach eingerichtet. In einem normalen Doppelzimmer hat man nicht einmal richtig Platz seinen Koffer abzustellen. Das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr eng. Die Duschen sind nur etwas für schmale Menschen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. In den Gängen sollte mal der Teppich erneuert werden. Überall sind Flecken auf dem Boden. Das sieht sehr unschön und teilweise ekelig aus. Das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe! Harte Aufbackbrötchen,, tot gekochte Eier, jeden Tag nur Salami, Kochschinken und Käse. Was ging waren die Croissants, Marmelade,Honig Der Kaffee aus der Maschine war mäßig gut. Das Personal kann für alles das nichts! Es war steht's freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Leitung des Hotels sollte sich aber mal ein paar Gedanken über das Konzept machen! Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis geht gar nicht! Wie haben für dieses 3 Sterne Hotel welches von mir maximal 1 Stern bekommt für 5 Tage knapp 1000,- Euro bezahlt! Dafür kann ich mindestens ein vernünftiges Frühstück verlangen! Ach ja. In der Beschreibung steht, dass ein Parkplatz inbegriffen ist. Dieser liegt aber nicht direkt am Hotel sondern ist ca 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Wer direkt am Hotel parken möchte zahlt nochmal 5,- Euro pro Tag extra.
