Nice hotel with good breakfast and close to the beach.

Nicely renovated hotel with Good continental breakfast and friendly staff. Coffee was excellent :)

The aircon and fridge works only if you're in the room with card. While I understand the saving element, it means you always come back to hot room. There could be some amenities for kids (ie. kids playroom or so)

Great Location

I was there to compete in IM Jesolo. The Location is near the T1 & T2. Hotel has a very good restaurant and I had breakfast included. The room was a bit tight having the the bike inside but it was clean and quite

Pleasant

The staff was amazing, very polite and ready to help with anything and everything. The room was cleaned daily to an excellent level, with fresh towels and toiletries. The beach was 2 minutes away, with two sun beds and an umbrella included, and overall the location of the hotel was really nice. Close to the bus and all the stores and restaurants needed. The breakfast included had solid options from yoghurt, to pastry, cakes, cheese and fruit and there was never a shortage even If we came 15 minutes before the end of when the breakfast was being served. We had a couple of dinners at the hotel restaurant too and the red wine they served was purely delicious! We took a trip to Venice as well and I definitely recommend doing that as the daily roundtrip (bus + boat included) was about 19€ 🤗

The room we got was one of the worse when it comes to comparison of my previous stays at 3* hotels in this price range, however it was cleaned daily to an excellent level, with fresh towels and toiletries. We had a little bit of a shock of having toiled situated right behind the shower curtain (I mean literally I could shower sitting on the throne If I wanted to 😆.) When it comes to the breakfast we were missing a little bit of the hot buffet style because after a couple of days it got very repetitive. Would be nice to have some warm beans, sausages or eggs for example (just a consideration for the future).

A pleasant holiday.

The hotel is situated 5 min walking in a straight line distance to the beach. Shops, supermarket, nearby. Breakfast was the same everyday, except for pastries, some days they had new ones, but very tasty. Staff was pleasant, helpful, from the reception to the cleaning ladies. Beds were all right, a little bit creaky, but we had a good sleep. The AC wasn't noisy, that was a plus. Bathroom with a shower fixed to the wall, no shower base only the shower curtain, but the water was drained quickly. Toiletries, and towels provided.

That was Italy, so we were amazed of the absence of fruits, tomatoes, olives, varieties of cheese and salami for breakfast.

For the money I paid, one could find something better...

I wonder who can complain about pizza and pasta, which were tasty.

The so called all inclusive was in fact a restricted items from a larger menu and the beverages were not included(5Euro for a Coke and 3.5Euro for a 0.75l water bottle). Of course you had the pizzas and some pasta which were good, but if you stay more then two night one will get tired of that restricted menu... You can choose between Pizza and a menu with main course, a second course and side dish. Main and second courses will come on a single dish. I was not able to taste all the things from the real menu as only a few thinks where included in the so called all inclusive booking offer... First floor was redesigned, but we got a room from the second floor which looked like in the 60's, with a very small balcony and a door that can slide only and one can't tip over. Balcony are separated with a some metal bars, as one can pass from one balcony to another. Bathroom was awful, due to the fact that there was no shower cabine, the water went into the entire bathroom. The beds very unconfortable. Breakfast was poor and beakfast coffee from the coffee machine tasted awful, not as the one in the bar...

Good for one night

The staff was really great and polite. The restaurant was good and I really liked the food.

The room tho, wasn't that great. First, one of the lights wasn't working, the main light in the room it took it forever to turn on and the TV we could only hear the sound but no picture, so the TV was pointless to have one in the room if you can only hear but not watch it.

Modern room (we got the superior room). Easy parking available. Very close to many restaurants such as Mille Luci and also the beach.

Bad odor on the loft rooms

Location city centre

What we booked was duble bed but given single bed in very tiny and very smelly room on the roof. When approached the receptionist said nothing she can do as no other room is available she offered us a Drink. We have tow young children they need comfortable room not a drink probably she assumed we just complaining so we could get something. No solution then at the end she said if we pay extra we can have another room. We specifically requested for duble bed when booked and the hotel confirmed it by replying. I showed her the correspondence but she wouldn't change her mind. We paid extra as we had not choice and stayed one night.
