Location. Friendly staff. Welcome drink on arrival. Breakfast until 11am. Free coffee on swimming pool terrace until then .
Clean rooms. Plenty of storage space. Free bike hire. Csn buy combined bus/riverbus day tickets from reception. Great value.
Very nice breakfast area.
Only one toilet downstairs. One lift.

The room’s walls were very thin, my baby used to wake up at night because of the noises that came from the neighbours and the wardrobe could need an upgrade

Exceptional staff & service at both the front desk and the restaurant. It’s in a prime location and you can access everything by foot from the hotel. Our room was super comfortable and although the furnishings in bedroom/bathroom are a bit outdated, everything was spotless. We really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely come back for our next trip to jesolo.
I only stayed 1-hour past checkout as I was waiting for my husband to finish golfing. We were charged €30. I’d agree with the charge if it was a reasonably late checkout where we were still using the facilities to the afternoon but I think this could have been waived for such a short period of time.

*** I liked was the location of the hotel being directly on the beach
*** Prices of the beach where fine
*** Coperto at the restaurant was only 1 € , which was reasonable compared to the restaurants on the street that charge 3€ coperto for each person (including my 3-year-old child) This is the tips included straight on the bill . if you have three kids + 2 adults you played already 15 € just tips , diesent matter how much you spend at that place .
**** Taxes at the end of the stai 7,90 , that’s ok .
*** the hotel staff was polite
*** the shower cabin was broken m. every time I took a shower the whole bathroom filled with water. the shower stall doors did not close properly. when I got to the room the floor was very dirty, there was sand everywhere. The hotel had no slippers.
*** We were accommodated on the fourth floor and every time I had to go up and down the stairs because it was impossible to use the elevator. the elevator was very slow, by the time it reached the fourth floor we were already on the beach. If someone was already in the elevator, you had to wait 5 minutes until they reached you.
** breakfast was the same every day
*** the furniture in the room was very old
*** in the night you could hear noise of the other rooms
