Everything was perfect! Great location in the heart of Lido di Jesolo. Spacious and very clean room. The breakfast was delicious and various for all tastes. Heated pool was a big plus. The staff were very kind and helpful for everything you need.

Stayed at Donino Suite Hotel in Jesolo at the end of April 2026.
Location is convenient, close to the beach, private parking available, and a kitchenette in the room, close to the Main Street with lots of restaurants and entertainment.
Overall, a very disappointing experience for nearly €100 per night.
The main issue was the temperature in the room — 25–26°C even at night, which made it extremely uncomfortable, especially with a 7-month-old baby. The air conditioning, which is clearly advertised in the room description, was not working. We contacted reception at least twice and received inconsistent explanations from different staff members. The main reason given was that “it’s not the season in Italy,” which is not a valid justification.
We were offered a fan, but this does not solve the problem — it does not reduce the temperature, and opening the window is not an option due to cigarette smoke from neighboring balconies and loud noise from the street at night.
It was also mentioned that air conditioning is restricted due to environmental reasons. However, this is difficult to understand given that the outdoor pool is heated, which also consumes significant energy. This feels inconsistent.
Cleanliness was also an issue — there were many ants in the room despite not being on the ground floor. The outdoor pool is heated, but the children’s area was noticeably dirty.
Early check-in also turned into a stressful experience. We arrived with a 7-month-old baby who was not feeling well and asked if early check-in was possible (even for an extra fee). Initially, we were told nothing could be done as our room was not ready. Only after a very emotional moment did the staff finally offer us a different room. While we appreciate that solution, the situation itself felt unnecessarily difficult and uncomfortable.
