The hosts are extremely helpful, the location is very good. You have restaurants to choose from +-5min away from hotel, beach is 2min away, ferry to Venice is 20min away with car.

At the end of your stay you have to pay some city taxes, that I didn’t see anywhere noted. It’s not big pay, but still they should note it somewhere.

Perfect location for short stay

Perfect location if you’re taking part in Ironman event! Only 400m away from the start line. No problem with keeping bikes in the room also staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Nice sea view.

Superb

Very kind staff, delicious dinner, bicycle, that can be used by the guests for free. Clean rooms and good location, with swimming pool on the top.

Serving the dinner took ca. 1-1,5 h every day, which I find too long. Breakfast is the same every day. Rooms are a bit old fashion, bathroom needs renovation obviously, but it is clean.

Nice family hotel

The hotel have good location, near the beach. Parking is free. You can rent a bike to go around. Breakfast is very good. The man in the reception is very kind. Rooms are basic, oldfashion, good to have balcony and refrigerator.

We were disappointed because the pool and terrace were not open.

Great staff and good food

Clean and at least our room recently renovated, excellent client service (waitresses were extremely kind) and swimming pool on the roof. The food (dinner) was delicious and breakfast was really good to Italian standard.

Mattress on the bed was bit too hard (could feel some of the springs through..) and while the rooms are probably mostly renovated the common areas and the pool site are quite old fashioned. Big minus for not having free access to strollers and wheel chairs. Not many options for vegetarians at the dinner. Very small parking area.

Very basic room, but everything you need (also fridge!) and also very big. Nice balcony. Good location, close to the beach and promenade with restavrants and bars. On the beach 2 sunbeds and umbrella free. Very nice personal. Breakfest was nice. We loved it. Thank you.

So viel freundlichkeit , herzlichkeit und hilfsbereitschaft im ganzen Hotel findet man ganz selten. Danke auch für das große Zimmer, das mir durch meine Gehbehinderung sehr geholfen hat.Herr Luccese ist für das Wohl der Gäste immer bemüht,auch die Damen beim Frühstück sind großartig!Der Weg zum Meer ist nicht weit,und man bekommt vom Hotel zwei Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm gratis. Parken kann man auch direkt vor dem Hotel,und Restaurants gibt es umliegend sehr viele,ebenso bietet das Hotel ein Abendmenü an.Wir waren sehr,sehr zufrieden ,und kommen sicher wieder!
