It was really good, next year I might go back :D

The staff is really cheerful and helpful, really nice people. The room cleaning was always on spot. The breakfast was good, with dedicated tables for your room. The hotel is not in the center of Jesolo but in a really vivid place with lots of opportunities to eat, shop and just walk around. The beach is a two minute walk and the hotel has sunbeds and umbrellas.

The car parking was really sckethy, but it is a commonplace it this area.

Great location. Staff were accommodating. Decent sized room. Comfortable beds. Clean. Plenty of storage space. Nice pool and we always got beds etc. Two sunbeds allocated on the beach. Easy check in and out.

Balcony was a little small with only space for one chair. Extra pillows would have been welcome. Limited breakfast options: more fruit choices would be good and opportunity to make toast/bagels would be great too.

Location was perfect for us; toward the end, but still close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Public transportation was very easily accessible. The pool was nice and clean, and the beach access was great.

The air conditioner didn’t work very well.

Pensateci bene prima di prenotare in questo alberfo

Dovevamo fare 2 notti, purtroppo ne abbiamo fatta soltanto 1 perché in spiaggia ( convenzionata con l'albergo) ci hanno rubato tutto, soldi e cellulare, purtroppo siamo stati costretti a tornare a casa e l'albergo non ci ha rimborsati né della notte non usufruita né della tassa di soggiorno pagata, in più camera sporca, asciugamani pieni di capelli non nostri e soprattutto poca chiarezza per quanto riguarda la spiaggia in fase di prenotazione, che non é inclusa ma da pagare a parte. Ringrazio l'assistenza di booking che nonostante il mancato rimborso da parte dell'albergo provvederà a rimborsarmi una piccola parte, nonostante non sia tenuta a farlo. Poco dopo l'accaduto rientrati in albergo, la receptionist ci ha sconsigliato vivamente di chiamare i carabinieri perché tanto non avrebbero fatto nulla, ed inoltre ha millantato la cassaforte presente in camera, dicendoci che avremmo dovuto usarla, capitan ovvio, peccato che al check in nessuno avesse dato la chiave della cassaforte o almeno dire, se avete bisogno della cassaforte potete richiederne le chiavi. In totale questa breve vacanza è andata male sotto quasi tutti i punti di vista, inoltre a seguito di chiamate per vedere se potevo almeno recuperare i soldi pagati per la notte non usufruita, mi è stato detto dal signore in reception che non era un problema dell'albergo se ci avessero rubato tutto (accaduto in spiaggia, convenzionata con l'albergo) e che non avrebbero rimborsato nulla perché il furto accaduto e la nostra dipartita prematura non erano strettamente correlate, detto questo io esausto rispondo "provi a mettersi nei nostri panni, lei sarebbe rimasto un altra notte, dopo l'accaduto, senza soldi e non potendo nemmeno cenare?" la sua risposta è stata "La cosa non riguarda me ne tantomeno l'albergo, avete pernottato per 2 notti e dovete pagare a prescindere da tutto".

Non farei un soggiorno lungo.

Va bene per una notte. La colazione era buona e abbondante. Vicino alla spiaggia, parcheggio disponibile.

La rigidità del personale sull'orario del check in che si fa più tardi del solito, alle 15 e assolutamente non prima Mancanza del telo piccolo e quello da mettere per terra dopo la doccia. La camera con mobili vecchi. La doccia piccola e vecchio stile che si trova quasi sopra la toilette, con una tenda che ti si appiccica per Mancanza di spazio quando ti lavi . Il rubinetto doppio nella doccia che rende difficile regolare la temperatura dell'acqua. L'aria condizionata di vecchio stile e rumorosa. Si sentiva tutto dalle altre stanze.

Hotel alla rotonda da evitare

Descrivo un po' tutto alla rinfusa come mi viene in mente. Tapparella che non si chiudeva. Luce nella stanza non sufficiente. Bagno che non corrispondeva per nulla alle foto dell'annuncio... Cuscini inesistenti, troppo piccoli... Lumini non funzionanti... Porte tutte graffiare visibilmente... Porta d'ingresso della camera del dopoguerra, poco sicura... Personale che rifaceva le stanze chiassoso di prima mattina, urlavano e sbraitavano sembrava di averle in camera... Pubblicità che non corrisponde... L'unica cosa positiva era pulito...
