Historical hotel, incredible views and a private plot by the beach to lie down in the shade.

The hotel is a charming historical villa, with a perfect location for views of the lake. Walking down a small path for about 10 min you get to the private plot by the beach - with the necessary amenities. Nice breakfast included in the room rate.

Being a historic building there’s no aircon in the room, and the bed was not the firmest.

Beautiful stay, would definitely recommend.

Charming villa located on a hill with a view surrounded by beautiful vegetation. Swimming pool is very nice with comfortable sun beds.

There was no aircondition in the room, only a ceiling ventilator which was enough for us as we were staying in mid June. However, it may be needed if staying in July or August.

It is an incredibly beautiful location, the views are stunning, the villa has its unique charm. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, the rooms are small but very nicely decorated and well-equiped. Such a beautiful place for a long weekend and a little treat for oneself!

Generally speaking the breakfast is designed rather for meateaters and not very easy for vegetarians or vegans, unless you ask for an adjustment (to the credit of the kitchen: they did make an alternation for me on request for removing meat from some dishes). However, if one prefers meatless or vegan diet, it's better to arrange in advance.

Recommended it to al my friends

The location is beautiful, we had a great view from our studio and the terrace on Lake Garda. We loved the atmosphere around the B&B and the beautiful garden around. The view from the pool is phenomenal. The staff is really kind and helping and we had a great free wine tasting on the terrace of the B&B. If you walk down to the private beach you find a nice spot where you can calmly relax in the shadow despite the fact that is busy near the lake.

Luckily you can walk down from the B&B to the beach and the restaurants very safe. The other way: walking the street above the B&B without a pavement with fast cars passing by didn't feel very safe when it was dark. Wouldn't do that with kids for instance.

Location, good view from the hotel. Historical building, very green. Good proximity to all lake Garda sightseeing. The host made us a late check in by request.

The room itself was too small so that we could hardly open a big luggage, the bathroom was not top comfortable. Breakfast could be more diverse.

Exceeded my expectations - wonderful converted farmhouse, great location, amazing ambiance, value!

Absolutely incredible converted farmhouse. Great location on top of a hill, a 15 min gentle stroll down to the beach, through olive groves and orchards. The ambiance was incredible. Lovely and friendly staff. Great views, and very handy to have a pool as well. The breakfast was amazing, and the apperitivo they make wonderful.

Everything was beyond my expectations, especially at this price point! The wifi signal could have been a bit stronger though, so i could work from the patio!

Perfect Italian stay

Beautiful! Perfect for a typical Italian vibe. We had a small, cozy room. With garden & lake view. De swimmingpool was wonderful & also breakfast was delicious with a great view. It is a small walk to the beach, where you have all the restaurants & on Saturday en Sunday little markets. The stuff is lovely & very kind. Thank you for our wonderful stay 🌸

Only the shower on our room was a little bit broken I think. If they will make it. Everything was perfect

We went there for a prolonged weekend and it was an amazing experience.

I got surprised at what we got for such a friendly price. The place was fantastic, quite near to the beach, just a few minutes of walk, calm, clean, and the view to the lake was amazing.

The only thing that I was missing was the air conditioning in the chalet we had, during the day, it got pretty warm in here.

Perfect charming villa with an amazing view

We loved everything! Very friendly and helpful hosts. We were late for check in and they have sent us a very detailed instructions how to get to our appartment, even marked the door with a paper with our surname. The villa is amazing. The decoration, style and a special butique charm. You can feel the history of the house. It felt like a warm place immediately. And the view! We enjoyed so much just sitting on our garden terrace of the appartment and having a bottle of wine with the view of the lake. Not to mention the pool option. It is a sort of a place where you can come and relax for a few days, without the need to go anywhere. Spend some time on the pool, read a book in a hammock with the view of the lake and have a bottle of wine in a romantic setting of your terrace.

Brīnišķīga viesnīca ar īpašu atmosfēru! Ēka celta jau 1873. gadā, un tajā saglabātas koka mēbeles, kas rada vēsturisku un ļoti mājīgu noskaņu. No terases paveras apburošs skats uz Gardas ezeru – vienkārši pasaka! Numurs gan neliels, taču katru dienu tika rūpīgi uzkopts. Brokastis bagātīgas un pasniegtas uz terases ar fantastisku panorāmu uz ezeru. Līdz privātajai pludmalei tikai kādas 10 minūtes pastaigas. Viss bija lieliski – īsta atpūtas oāze!

Wspaniały odpoczynek w pięknym miejscu.

Willa z zachowanym charakterem swojej 150-letniej historii. Pięknie położona w naturalnej zieleni na wzgórzu ze wspaniałym widokiem na jezioro. Czystość obiektu jak i obsługa na najwyższym poziomie – dziękujemy. Na miejscu basen i sporo miejsc, gdzie w spokoju można odpocząć radując się widokami. Całe otoczenie daje stonowaną aurę do odpoczynku bez zbędnego gwaru – dla nas było to bardzo potrzebne. Pyszne śniadanka na tarasie widokowym to był zawsze znakomity początek dnia. Dla osób, które potrzebują obiektu z „duszą” do spokojnego odpoczynku to miejsce jest idealne. Dodatkowym atutem swoja „plaża” 10 metrów od brzegu jeziora do której spacerkiem trzeba przejść ok. 600 metrów. Miejsce godne polecenia, jak byśmy mieli tam jeszcze raz wrócić to z wielką chęcią 😊.

Z małych minusów, które dla nas nie były istotne to brak małej lodówki w pokoju oraz brak klimatyzacji.

Wunderschön gelegen mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Sehr gepflegtes Grundstück mit vielen Möglichkeiten den Pool oder den Aufblick auf den See zu genießen. Der Zugang zum privaten Seegrundstück ist ein echtes Privileg.

Leider sind die Zimmer ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, die Bäder könnten erneuert werden. Aufgrund des Alters des Hauses gibt es keine Klimaanlage, dafür in jedem Zimmer einen Deckenventilator.

Ужасно жарко, ночью спать душно, в комнате светло и неудобная кровать. Скрипучей старый паркет издает громкие неприятные звуки. Спать некомфортно. Не хватает кондиционера в номере и холодильника. Старый душ, вода льется больно по телу, колючие полотенца.

Eine wunderschöne alte Villa mit tollem Blick über den See Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und bekamen von Francesca eine Führung durch den Garten und das Hotel Es gibt einen Privatstrand direkt am See, ganz toll, schon der Weg dorthin vorbei an Eseln und Ziegen ist ein Erlebnis Die Villa ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, der Pool ist wunderschön Es gibt im Haus und am Pool einen Kühlschrank zur Selbstbedienung Das gesamte Personal, Martina .... alle sind super nett, man fühlt sich sofort wohl Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr lecker und die Frühstücksterasse traumhaft

Auf dem Zimmer wäre ein kleiner Kühlschrank nicht schlecht Bei uns war es jetzt Anfang Juni völlig in Ordnung mit dem Ventillator im Zimmer aber ich glaube ich Hochsommer ist es doch ziemlich warm zum Schlafen

Kleines Paradies am Gardasee

Einfach alles. Es ist so ein wunderschönes Anwesen mit sehr viel Liebe im Detail. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und von der Terrasse, den Liegewiesen oder vom Swimmingpool aus zu genießen. Man kann sich jederzeit etwas zu Trinken oder Knabbern holen oder auch eine leckere Essensplatte bestellen. Das Personal (vorallem Martina) ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Weg zum Privatstrand oder an die Promenade führt durch den privaten Olivenhain, vorbei an den kleinen Eselchen und Ziegen. Dieser Weg alleine ist schon eine Reise wert und auch sehr witzig. Jeder, der schon einmal da war wird wissen was ich meine.

Nell' appartamento metterei un fornelletto, un Cappuccinatore e la zanzariera alla finestra se no, non si può tenere aperta per le zanzare,mosche ecc. Consiglio anche di investire in un buon materasso per un riposo più ottimale.

Eine tolle Gartenanlage mit Schwimmingpool und einzelnen verteilten Sitzplätzen bietet genügend Raum für alle Gäste. Das Hotel ist einfach und gemütlich eingerichtet, hat einen eigenen zeitlosen Charm. Ein tolles Frühstück bot uns jeden Tag einen guten Start. Die Betreuung durch das Serviceteam ist herzlich, zugewandt, freundlich und zugleich diskret und höflich.
