Beautiful authentic Austrian family run hotel, fabulous spa facilities for a hotel this size. a warm friendly welcome and excellent staff and food.
it isn’t the best location as a little away from restaurants but for our Winter stay this was not a big deal with ski bus daily right outside hotel every 10 minutes and a less frequent evening bus.

A perfect stay!
Everything was great and very comfortable. The complete staff was wonderful and was able to accommodate your needs to include the shuttle service. The breakfast was awesome. Would definitely go back again some day.

Super herzliche Gastgeber und ein wunderschönes Gasthof im Landesstil. Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei Weitem übertroffen! Der Wellnessbereich ist traumhaft schön, sehr stilvoll und lädt perfekt zum Entspannen ein. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Gemütliches, familiäres Haus in perfekter Lage.
Das Haus ist direkt an der Bushaltestelle des Schibusses gelegen, sodass sowohl das Schigebiet von Obergurgl als auch jenes von Hochgurgl in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und bestens ausgestattet, äußerst sauber und einladend mit Blick zum Talschluss, wie das beigefügte Photo zeigt. Der Wellnessbereich bietet zwei Saunen, ein Dampfbad und einen großzügigen Ruhebereich und ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und einladend gestaltet. Besonders gut hat uns der Kältebereich in Gestalt einer Berggrotte gefallen. Ferner gibt es noch einen Fitnessraum und eine gemütliche Bar. Das Frühstücksbuffett lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden zum Beispiel ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, daß wir mit der Gästekarte gratis den Bus nach Ötztal benützen konnten.
Obwohl das Frühstück von 08.00 bis 10.00 angesetzt ist, war das Buffet um 09.00 bereits fast vollständig geleert. Allerdings wurde auf individuellen Wunsch nachgereicht, was man wollte. Vielleicht auch ein positiver Aspekt, um nichts verkommen zu lassen. Im Saunabereich wäre ein Whirlpool das Tüpfelchen auf dem I! Im Sommer wäre ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer sicher angenehm, im Winter bietet der Balkon die perfekte Kühlung
