Very clean rooms and super friendly staff!

Sadly in booking it said 150m and 300m away from two lifts. The 150m one does not exist anymore and for the one that is 300m away you still need a car or a shuttle because of the high elevation of the hotel

Haus Stefanie is modern / well equipped, huge ski area.

Very good. Family operation.

Good thing I spoke German. Not much English spoken here. Austrians in this town were very transactional (its about the business). Many seemed disinterested, like the length of the season was wearing on them. Check out time of 7:30 am - you kidding? Fine if you drove there. We hiked. We had to hike 25 minutes to town in heavy snow.

Very disappointing!

Convenient location near the ski resort with car parking

We booked a room with breakfast included in the rate, and were very disappointed with the breakfast buffet. The breakfast room was open from 7:30, we visited at 7:45 and there was one stale bread roll a couple of slices of brown bread left. We asked for some more, and were told that there was no more - sadly no apology or alternative. Over the years we've stayed in a lot of Austrian guesthouses, they always offer a variety of breads at breakfast, always fresh and in an abundant supply - but sadly not here! The door to our room didn't close well so we locked it when we arrived, alarmingly when we came to open the door it took us a while to unlock it. We ended up sleeping in our room with the door unlocked.

Basic comfort for ok price.

Ski-in and out hotel. Clean and fresh, even with a lift. Hotel is located in quiet area off Sölden, which can be nice. Breakfast is ok, not special.

Rooms are small for wintersport purpose. Room is too small for 2 seperate beds, almost no space to use the table to relax. Bedsheets are small and no other available in the hotel.

Nice enough place, but a long way out of town

The apartment was nice enough and quite spacious. The bike storage was OK, but a little cramped (clearly designed around skiing rather than mountain biking, and it was handy to have a bike rack and hose outside.

At 18 euros the breakfast felt very expensive for what it was - there was better value available in town. I also felt that the description "Many restaurants, bars and cafes can be visited in Sölden city centre, 50-100 m away" is misleading - this seems to indicate that the town centre is a couple of minutes walk away, whereas it is actually a 30min walk to the main area of bars etc. up/down a very steep hill.

Location was amazing, not too far, if there was more snow you could have skied to the hotel almost.

Moderne Apartments mit freundlichen Frühstück direkt an der Piste. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber.

Sehr saubere, moderne Zimmer , Betten sehr bequem. Die Skipiste war circa 100 m entfernt, bei ausreichend Schnee kann direkt zur Skipiste gefahren werden. Sehr komfortabeler Skiraum, sehr freundliches Personal.

Insgesamt ist das Preisniveau auf einem Level, wo Skifahren mit der Familie zunehmend unbezahlbar wird. Dies gilt insbesondere, wenn man auf die Feiertag angewiesen ist

Supernettes Personal. Sehr schöne Unterkunft am Hang oberhalb der Hauptstraße. Sehr ruhig. Check-in mit Schlüsselcode hat perfekt funktioniert. Frühes Frühstück war nicht möglich, aber ich hab am Abend ein Lunchpaket bekommen, damit ich früh mit dem Rad auf die Ötztaler starten konnte.

Alles da was das Herz begehrt auch in der Nebensaison

Es war sehr ruhig. Einfach herrlich. Aber es war auch außerhalb der Saison. Abendessen gab es zwar nicht direkt im Haus aber die Empfehlung der Hauswirts war super. Frühstück war super . Eier selbst frisch je nach Wunsch kochen oder Rührei auf Bestellung. Ansonsten war alles da von cerealien über Marmelade, Jogurt, frisches Obst zu Wurst und Käse. Obwohl insgesamt nur 5 Gäste da waren gab es alles. Personal super freundlich

Schöne Unterkunft mit gutem Frühstück

Das Hotel liegt oberhalb der Hauptstraße und war sehr sauber. Auch das abwechslungsreiche Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut.

Für 2 Tage auf der Durchreise hat alles gepasst.

Zur Durchreise perfekt 👌

Perfekt für die Durchreise. Ich war mit dem Motorrad unterwegs . Der Check in über Schlüsselcode hat super funktioniert. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber . Sehr bequemes Bett und schönes Bad . Das Frühstück war lecker und es hatte eigentlich alles da , was man braucht .

Klar durch die Lage auf dem Berg , muss man schon mal eine halbe Stunde laufen , bis man Restaurants hat im Tal . Es gibt auch ein Restaurant in der Nähe , das leider zu hatte an meinem Tag . Für Leute die einigermaßen fit sind zu Fuß aber auch kein Problem . Man weis ja davor auf was man sich einlässt :)

Tolle moderne und gemütliche Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen

Eine tolle, helle und ansprechend eingerichtete Unterkunft mit praktischem Schlüsseltresor zum Self-Check-In. Das Bad war modern und ausreichend groß. Das Frühstück war gut und dem Preis angemessen, allerdings aus meiner Sicht nicht fabelhaft, wie von einigen Gästen beschrieben.

Splendida vista su Sölden

Stanza molto bella, buona colazione e locale biciclette perfetto. Splendida vista dall'alto su Sölden.

La posizione è sicuramente ottima durante l'inverno in quanto la struttura si trova in quota sopra al paese e con accesso diretto alle piste. D'estate per arrivare dal paese si può prendere la funicolare e poi camminare (in salita) per 5 minuti.

Goed voor een overnachting op doorreis maar niet voor een langer verblijf

De ligging op de helling en het uitzicht zijn fantastisch.

Het gebouw is karakterloos evenals de inrichting van de kamer. Je kunt nergens buiten zitten. Wij gingen om 8.30 ontbijten maar de fietsers en wandelaars staan eerder op en hadden het ontbijtbuffet al geplunderd.

Nowoczesny budynek położony w pobliżu trasy narciarskiej zjazd do doliny. Nasz pokój był wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne, bardzo czysto i schludnie. Ze względu na małe obłożenie objektu - koniec sezonu narciarskiego - na śniadania chodziliśmy do pobliskiego hotelu tych samych właścicieli. Miejsce parkingowe przy budynku, dobrze wyposażona narciarnia. W głównym sezonie pewnie można zapiąć i odpiąć narty bezpośrednio przy budynku, poza głównym sezonem trzeba podejść trochę do trasy.
