sauberer Unterkunft, Frühstück war sehr auswahlreich und das Personal war sehr freundlich

Wij verbleven in appartement 4, met grote woonkamer met tweepersoons slaapbank en keuken, ruime extra slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en twee badkamers met douche en toilet. Goed uitgebreid ontbijt, zeer schone en nette kamer, nette en schone badkamers, nieuwe en ruime keuken met koelkast oven, vaatwasser. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Dicht bij de piste en op loopafstand van een liftje die je gratis naar beneden naar de hoofdstraat brengt. Let wel dat deze tot 20:00 gaat. Wil je later omhoog of omlaag dan is een taxi het makkelijkst. Dit kost iets meer dan 20 euro voor 3personen.

It seemed to be quite new as it was in very good condition. The bathroom was great but it could benefit from a shelf in the shower because there was nowhere to put soap or shampoo. Maybe put in more towel hooks too. The young lad that checked us in was great but he needed some help during breakfast.

Checking in was not clear. There was a large group of cyclists who thought they were the only guests and told us to go away because they had the whole hotel!!!! Breakfast was terrible because this large group of cyclists ate and drank everything and took up all tables. The guy was trying his best yo clear tables and restock but was on his own. Eventually he seated us in their kitchen/diner and made us some eggs and lattes. (Thank you for doing your best for us). This hotel needs to rethink their abilities when they are fully booked - get more staff during breakfast!!!
