Hotel Schöne Aussicht

The view

We paid for our dog stay but there’s no water bowl and dog bed. The room is clean but too much dust.

Was a little warm, even with fans and windows open, but this is not the hotels fault!

My stay at Hotel Schöne Aussicht was wonderful! Everything about the hotel is absolutely Instagram-worthy—from the beautiful architecture and charming interiors to the stunning surroundings. Every corner of the property is well-maintained and perfect for taking photos. The atmosphere is peaceful, relaxing, and makes you truly appreciate the beauty of the place. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location also offers amazing views, making it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. A special thanks to the male receptionist, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. He made the check-in process smooth and was always willing to assist with our questions, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, I still had a great stay and would recommend Hotel Schöne Aussicht for its beautiful property, comfortable accommodations, and the excellent service provided by the male receptionist. With a more consistent level of customer service from all staff, the experience would have been perfect.

The only issue I encountered during my stay was the way the female receptionist spoke to me. I went to the front desk to ask if I could borrow some eating utensils since I had takeout food and there were no utensils available in my room. While I understand that it was already late at night, her tone came across as unfriendly and unwilling to help, which made me feel uncomfortable. I believe a more courteous and welcoming approach would have made the experience much better.

Ok for a short stay. Public transport is walking distance from the hotel.

Lady at the reception had a lot of negative attitude. We arrived at the hotel quite late and asked if we could use the microwave to heat up some food and were told there isn’t one even at the restaurant and that we are not in a 4/5 star hotel. Moreover room wasn’t too clean and quite old. The parking is quite small, even the basement one and we could not find a spot on the second day.
