Great location for walking around Bilbao. Lovely spacious room. Plenty of choice at breakfast.
The fitness room was a bit hot and the only water available wasn't refigerated. Bar area was a bit confusing!

Wasn't really a bar area at all, at least not when we visited.

Ideal location, clean and nice room
Whilst the room was lovely there was zero draw space so had nowhere to store clothes etc. Room very warm, no air con (probably time of year) no hot water one night and telephone did not work .
