Terrible Experience – Very Disappointing

Liked the view of the old Town.

The house was really bad and not as described. It was very dirty and did not even have a hair dryer, which was very inconvenient. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom, which was unhygienic. The shower was extremely small, and the water pressure was so low that it was impossible for even two people to shower properly. There was also no Wi-Fi, which was shocking and unacceptable for us. Overall, we were very dissatisfied and do not recommend this place at all.

Noisy experience

Late check in.

The flat wasn't cleaned, there was dirt on the wall and furniture. We found hair in the bathroom and there was lots of dust. Bed shit with perfume and very low quality. Very noisy. Neighbors renovated a flat nearby and we could not sleep. We stayed only one night.

Perfect place to get a proper rest.

The location was just perfect. The view from our balcony, aswell as from the terrace on top was amazing. The rooms are exactly the ones in the pictures, clean and every utility was working properly. I want to mention that the host Toni was very welcoming in his reception. He went out of his way, and found time to help us with an issue we had with our car by driving us to a garage that could fix our flattened tire.

Bad experience and never ever book this place again

First, the flat was not ready when we arrive even though we've already informed the property management of our expected arrival. They had to prepare and clean while we are there. Second, we found some bloodstain in one of the blankets which were awful and suspicious to see. Also, every time we use the elevator in the morning, we find some of the cleaning stuff inside it, the janitor would ask to wait till she gets done with other flats. Finally, the hospitality was underwhelmed like they couldn't care less about our needs and comfort.

Apartament are nicely designed and located in a perfect place. Its very comfortable that the private parking is provided.

- Guy, who greeted us in the apartament, doesnt speak english - he takes your passports to do city taxes but cant explain when he is going to bring it back :) - Exact location, provided in booking, is incorrect - apartament is about 500 m further from there - The same guy asked us to pay additionally for the city tax after we paid total amount, which was already with taxes included (it is indicated in booking as 6 eur for 2 person and he asked to pay 4 eur more) - there was no towels in the apartament, we had to find lady by ourselve and ask her to bring it to us - Kitchen is not fully equipped - even the knives dont really cut - there is no hair dryer - Someone was entering our apartament during the day when we were away, otherwise, we dont know for what reason as the apartament was not cleaned all four days - jacuzzi, which is provided for all guest, would be really nice - but no one keeps an eye on it, we heated it for ourselve, but after someone changed water, it was cold again and wasnt even turned on to heat - we stayed there for 3 nights but only 1 evening we were able to use the jacuzzi - the same guy is sitting in front of the apartament all day long but do nothing to make things better

Lage sehr zentral aber...

Die Lage insgesamt ist sehr zentral. Man ist schnell in der Einkaufspromenade, am kleinen Strand und in der Altstadt. Das Apartment ist gross genug für 5 Personen. Auch die Aufteilung ist sehr schön. Der Balkon ist zur Straße gelegen, aber man kann dort sehr schön sitzen. Es gibt Parkplätze. Allerdings waren bei uns die Parkplätze scheinbar nicht ausreichend für alle Besucher, die im Haus wohnten.

Es war leider insgesamt nicht sehr sauber. Das Bett in einem Zimmer benötigt dringend neue Matratzen. Im Badezimmer tropft der Wasserboiler und es war nicht sauber. Die Küche ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Selbst kochen, ist hier nicht möglich. Der Whirpool war nicht in Betrieb und die Dachterrasse ist nicht gepflegt.

Strand ist 700 m weit weg von den Unterkünft Und nicht wie in beschriebung 250 m mit kleinen Kindern So eine lüge soll niemand rein fahlen. Jakuzzi ist überall in foto zusehen Ist nicht inklusiv und man soll extra dafür bezahlen ….

Là propreté pas terrible. Fuite au niveau ballon l'eau chaude. Manque des ampoules sur les applique. Ménage laisse désiré. Porte d'entrée a peine fixé (le poignet se fait la malle).

Odalar pis, yastıklar sarı lekeli, duş olanağı kötü, yataklar eski, aşırı gürültülü, mutfak eksik ve pis, sadece 1 klima var ve ısıtmıyor, saç kurutma makinası ve benzeri diğer cihazlar söylendiği gibi yok, banyo su akıtıyor.
