Perfect boutique hotel

The best place we stayed at in Montenegro! This place truly stood out during our trip. The owner is incredibly welcoming and clearly takes great pride in maintaining the property to the highest standards. The apartment was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully equipped — from the large, super-comfy bed and spacious fold-out couch to the excellent shower and well-stocked kitchenette. After a long day at the beach, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Highly recommended.

English speaking owner made us comfortable in what could be a difficult town to navigate.

Very friendly owner/manager who met us and helped carry our luggage, as we arrived late during the busy "promenade time". So kind and concerned about our comfort. Nice little balcony and kitchenette. Grocery store very close by.

Ulcinj is a little difficult to get around - not the accommodations fault of course.

The apartment is in a very good location with a great view and the beach is perfect. The apartment was very comfy with a very comfy bed and plenty of storage for clothes.

I was very disappointed with the facilities and the host. During the second day of my stay the water stopped and we had to supply ourself with water from the corner shop for brushing teeth and shaving. The host told me not to use too much water as the tank would run out, but when I mentioned that in the toilet water runs all night without the need to flush, he said not to talk to him. shower pressure was either too high or too weak.

Nice place close to beach.

Very close to the beach and markets. The place is clean and pretty new with everything functioning properly including air conditioning. We were there during hottest days and stayed pretty cool. Mihailo is there on site if you need anything. Very quiet location. Nice neighbors. Terrace is very big with amazing views. My family had a very nice time.

No parking but I was aware of this prior to arrival. Mala plaza is as its name implies small so not much room for cars.

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt – sauberes und komfortables Apartment, tolle Lage am Meer.

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der tolle Balkon mit direktem Blick auf das Meer – einfach traumhaft. Die Lage ist ideal, da das Meer nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt liegt. Ein großes Dankeschön geht an den Gastgeber, der unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend war. Durch seine Gastfreundlichkeit haben wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt.Unser Check out war um 9 h und man hat uns die Möglichkeit gegeben unsere Koffer in Abstellraum zu hinterlassen, so das wir den ganzen Tag am Strand noch genießen konnten.Es wurde uns angeboten uns noch vor der Reise zu duschen. Taxi und die Bus Tickets wurden mithilfe des Gastgebers komplikationslos organisiert. Unglaublich einfach.Wir können dieses Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Pobyt bardzo udany, ten apartament to doskonałe miejsce, lokalizacja i jakość są naprawdę super.

Apartament bardzo nowocześnie i funkcjonalnie urządzony. Czystość, klimatyzacja, wyposażenie bez zarzutu. Wszystko nowe i działa. Dobre ciśnienie wody w prysznicu. Bardzo wygodne łóżko i doskonała jakość snu. Przyjemny widok z okna na morze. Głośna muzyka z plaży przestaje grać od 00:30, Potem jest absolutna cisza Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny gospodarz.

Brak czajnika elektrycznego w pokoju (Ale jest kuchenka więc można podgrzać wodę w garnku:-) Poza tym wszystko ok

Идеальная чистота, хорошо оборудованная кухня, потрясающий вид на море! Хозяин Михайло радушно встретил нас, принес в апартаменты пиво, воду и напитки!!!

Сильный ветер сломал зонт от солнца на террасе, Михайло сразу принес новый - спасибо, хвала ;)
