Too steep

Across the street was construction on another apartment and on Sunday morning they began working at 7 am. We complained to the owners and they immediately contacted the construction staff and they didn't make any noise until 9am.

We didn't have a car and walking to the apartment was extremely steep. It limited what we could do. When we arrived, we had a street but no address and spent 1/2 hour looking for the apartment. There was no sign on it.

The extra bed provided for our 16 y.o. kid was an old folding bed with an uncomfortable mattress. The solution was to put another similar mattress on top but it didn’t make it more comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments for groups of more than 4 people. The stove top was finicky, pretty hard to use and at times caused power outage. Like many competitors in this area, the place only accepts cash which is highly inconvenient. The house is located on the top of the hill - be mindful of this because you will need to climb up if walking to and from the beach which can be difficult for some people, especially elderly people. But it’s good for fitness. Also, the Wi-Fi connection was unstable, weak and slow.

Didn’t want to leave!!!! Perfect stay

The apartment was perfect for what we were after; balcony with a nice view, kitchen for cooking easy meals and in between the beach and the bus stop! The host was the nicest we’ve had in Europe so far and made sure we were well looked after. I will tell any friends travelling to Ulcinj to stay here :)

Clean, nice apartment, with beautiful sea views and a balcony.

Gorgeous sea views from all rooms, well equipped kitchen, very good location, friendly and very helpful host.There is a good grocery store 1-2 minutes walk. Walking distance to the main beach of Ulcinj with cafes and restaurants all year round. We had a place to park our 2 cars which was great. The apartment was sparkling and the linens were fresh and smelt amazing.

Great accommodation, yet pretty high uphill - perfect for active person.

The property is GREAT. Host is very helpful and accommodating. She speaks great English. Overall, place is great.

The distance to the beach. Particularly, the elevation. On foot, be prepared to descent three set of stairs leading to the beach, one of them being VERY steep. Alternatively, you can take paved road, which is also steep. BUT you're in Montenegro - which is expected. Just pack light. This location is ideal for hikers or active people.

Tolle Aussicht

Wir sind eine Familie mit 3 großen Kindern (20,16,8) und waren eine Woche in Ulcinj. Die Unterkunft liegt auf einer Anhöhe und hat eine sehr gepflegte Außenanlage. In die Stadt braucht man keine 10Min, wenn der Verkehr passt. Bäckereien und kleine Märkte sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der kleine Strand war keine 10Min mit Auto entfernt. Der grosse Strand, je nach Verkehr ca. 30Min. Auto braucht man auf jeden Fall. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Gastgeberin brachte uns Kaffee und Getränke als Willkommensgruß. Es war sauber. Auch Matratzen und Kissen waren einwandfrei sauber. Fehlende Sachen oder Wünsche wurden augenblicklich und unkompliziert gelöst. Die Zimmer wurden sogar nach einpaar Tagen saubergemacht. Der Ausblick ist ein Highlight. Für den Morgen-Kaffee perfekt. Wir haben uns im Haus wohl und sicher gefühlt.

Die Küche uns auch das Bad sollten renoviert werden. Haben aber ihren Zweck erfüllt. Die Wege und Straßen in Ulcinj sind nicht für jedermann. Enge, volle und sehr steile Strassen. Parkplatz ist kaum zu finden.

Ilyen áron, tökéletes választás, mert ár érték arányban hibátlan, és kifogásolhatatlan a szállás. Bolt 1 percre, minden van. Partok stb is könnyedén elérhető! A franciaágy csereérett, és életlenek a kések. Ez legyen a legnagyobb baj egy szálláson. Ha ulcinjba megyünk, itt foglalunk. Nagyon kedves a hölgy aki fogad, segít amit tud.

Szuper hely, szuper áron.

Fantasztikus házi gazdák, kedves fogadtatás, annak ellenére, hogy a küldött SMS elveszett az éterben a várható érkezésről. Az apartman szuperül berendezett, rendkívül tiszta, jó az elrendezése. A teraszról a kilátás páratlan, a tájolás miatt a szellő átjárja a házat, este klíma nélkül is kellemes volt a hőérzet. A központi strand perceken belül elérhető, több étterem, üzlet található a környéken. Szuperul éreztük magunkat.

Po roce opět spokojeni

Po roce jsme se vrátili na stejné místo :-) I stejný pokoj :-) Apartmán velký, prostorný, s velkým balkonem. Prostorné parkoviště přímo před ubytováním. Ubytování na kopečku, člověk je alespoň v kondici při zdolávání 90 výškových metrů od promenády v centru Ulcinju ;-) Hostitelé příjemní :-) Některé nedostatky, které byly před rokem, jako například ostrá čouhající lišta z podlahy, byly odstraněny. Rádi se opět vrátíme

Trošku zhoršený wifi signál oproti minulému roku.

Apartmán velký, prostorný, s velkým balkonem. Prostorné parkoviště přímo před ubytováním. Ubytování na kopečku, člověk je alespoň v kondici při zdolávání 90 výškových metrů od promenády v centru Ulcinju ;-) Hostitelé příjemní :-) Rádi se vrátíme

V kuchyni nebezpečně čouhající ostrá podlahová lišta Koupelna by mohla být v lepším stavu, splachování záchodu vyřešeno jen provizorně Menší objem bojleru pro teplou vodu, pro 4 lidi málo teplé vody. Škoda těchto pár nedostatků, jinak by bylo ubytování bezchybné ;-)
