Decent accomodation option for a short stay in Ulcinj

The price was fair for a short 2-night stay and the host was very friendly and supportive.

We stayed for 2 nights in a two-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. The place looked quite different from what we expected based on the photos, especially regarding the bathroom that was minimally equipped, very narrow, and rather old-fashioned. The terrace was also small, while the large terrace shown in the photos is actually on top of the building and not part of the apartment. Although the apartment looked clean, the kitchen had an unpleasant smell under the sink, which gave us a feeling of discomfort. There was only one AC unit in the kitchen, so the bedrooms were hard to cool. The location is on a steep hill, about 900 m from the beach, going down through narrow streets between crowded buildings. The nearby beach is in a small bay, while Velika Plaza, the well-known long sandy beach, is about 10 km away. It was a challenge to find a parking place near the building in the second day.

Lovely Stay with Amazing Views and Warm Hospitality

We really enjoyed our stay! The location of the accommodation was great – we love walking, so it was perfect to take an evening stroll after dinner. The road to the beach is quite steep, but we actually liked it! The hosts were very kind and helpful. They responded to all our requests immediately – we were given an iron, hairdryer, and anything else we needed. The apartment also has a huge balcony where you can watch the sunset – it’s absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of our stay. We would definitely come back to stay here again!

We didn’t expect the kitchen to be outside the room, but we were able to use it several times during the week, and it worked well for us since we didn’t come here to cook anyway. One small suggestion: the frying pan needed to be washed again when we arrived – it might be good to consider replacing it. Also, in the shower, you have to be careful with the water as it can get outside the shower area, so we always had to mop up a bit afterwards. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back again!

Wouldn’t book again

The rooms were okay, the balcony was great with sea view and there is great swimming pool, also with sea view. There is a shop close by.

The beds weren’t comfortable, the bathroom was meh, the stove was not working so we couldn’t cook anything. The walk to the nearest beach is 10 minutes, but when you come back is more like 20 minutes because the hotel is up a big hill. The small beach that is next to the hotel is very crowded tho. We were supposed to be in an apartment with two bedrooms, but one day before our flight the wiener texted us that we’re gonna be in two different bedrooms and after two nights we’re going to be in one apartment today. We were ready to move after the first day but then in turned out that we have to move to a different Apartament again. I contacted the owner about it and told him we’re not happy about our stay but never heard back from him.

1-location, been told it’s only 500m away from the beach this is not the case is at least 1500 m and it’s uphill, going to the beach it’s easy - coming back without the car it’s impossible.we didn’t have car and we were with kids. 2- in the kitchen looked clean how ever if you leave any food open you will attract lot of ants. if any sugary drink or so they will gather very quickly. Overall good stay

- good breakfast (hot stuff like omlets, some sweet things, cheese, olives, coffee). - friendly staff - spoke good english, answered any questions - generally clean rooms, renovated (some things still look old but nothing significant) - we had nice sea view - good localisation (not far from the beach/city centre) but on the hill so going one way up is a bit demanding - they didn't have typical private parking but owner showed us some places where we could park the car

- drain in the bathroom wasn't really effective so after shower there was water in the whole bathroom

Nismo dobili apartman koji smo bukirali, klima nije radila,tv nije radio. Kuhinja osecala se kanalizacija. Kuhinjski elementi se raspadaju. Kupatilo se ne nalazi u apartmanu vec u hodniku gde svi prolaze. Nema smisla. To nismo platili. Spavaca soba nije odvojrna vratima.
