Apartman je PREčist i uredan,ima apsolutno sve što treba za ugodan boravak,u blizini je mnogo plaža za svačiji ukus i različite starosne skupine,blizu je centra i šetališta i pet friendly su što je danas prava rijetkost čak i u slučaju kad apartmani navedu da primaju kućne ljubimce

The best place I’ve stayed in Ulqinj ⭐️

The apartment was amazing, clean, cozy and had a spectacular view of the sea - an amazing sun rise and sunset view. Perfect location to be away from the loud noise but also great location to be close to the beach. The Staff were very very helpful with us, made sure we had everything we needed at all times. I will definitely book this again and I can’t recommend it enough. Worth every penny ⭐️

Highly recommended modern stay with fantastic view and hospitality

Fantastic hospitality and great location just above the avenue with rocky beaches and pine trees on the side of Ulcinj! The view from the balcony was absolutely spectacular - full view of the sea and the historic old town. The host's family was very accommodating, they gave me fresh beach towels halfway through and made sure everything was comfortable for me. Parking spot available, AC worked great, modern stovetop for cooking. Big bang for buck!

I didn't mind, but it may be difficult for those not very mobile to go up and down the steps from the apartment to the main road.

Hosts were exceptionally flexible for check-in and check-out time, very warm and helpful. Facilities are in good conditions, small kitchen is equipped with everything needed (stove is transportable to terrace with sea-view, which was great!)

Beautiful, calm and welcoming.

We liked our stay at IdealHouse, cause it was not in the center of the city and it was calm. Beautiful views, exceptional scenery. And of course extremely helpful and kind host Snežana❤️ Apparemment was so clean and the whole place is sparkling, that’s how SneŽana keeps it! We loved every minute of our stay there. Thank you for making our stay so special Žana 🫶🏼

It was not a problem for us, but the accessibility might be for elderly people or for anyone with physical disabilities. Ulcinj’s hills are no joke 😅

A pleasant holiday in a clean and quiet flat with a stunning view of the sea coast

The flat was clean and tidy upon our arrival. The hosts were very helpful and really did their best to answer all our questions regarding the accommodation and the area. They also assisted us by giving us tips on nice beaches near the accommodation as well as good grocery shops and restaurants. The old town is also just a stone's throw away, making the accommodation a perfect place for those who want to enjoy a nice evening walk and experience the culture of the wonderful Adriatic city. I would definitely recommend IdealHouse Apartments as the perfect place for a summer holiday.

The apartment is spotlessly clean, and the views are amazing. On top of that, the hosts were 110% dedicated to making us feel great! Hats off, trully!

Beautiful and clean apartment with a view of the sea and pleasant hosts

The path to the apartment leads from the hill. This road is not marked in Google maps, you have to use other maps. Parking is on the roof of the building. The nearest grocery store is an 11-minute walk away. You can reach the sea in 15 minutes. It is 35 minutes from the apartment to the historic center. The apartment house is very clean, the owners are nice and accommodating.

Super-friendly hosts. Fantastic sea view (we stayed in apartment No. 4 on the ground floor). Huge terrace. Spacious interior (except of the second room which is a bit smaller). Short walking distance to the city centre. Valdanos beach recommended to us by our host (10 mins by car)!

Less equipped kitchen. Late night loud music from the clubs in the city (but this is due to central location).

The view is stunning from every corner, you get the fresh air from the pines that are healing (if you read more about that topic and ladies beach) very friendly host, working facilities. Everything clean and new and organized well. You could just walk the stairs and get into the beach area quick. I loved it

Our stay at IdealHouse

Everything about our stay was perfect. Snezana and Milos are great hosts. Snezana offered us coffee and traditional baked goods and a lot of great practical advice during our stay. Milos was a great handyman and fixed the lights in our kitchen very quickly when we needed help with it. Our apartment (10) was very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The view is amazing, we miss it already! I spent a lot of time on our spacious balcony, just staring at the sea. We'd definitely stay at IdealHouse again and we wholeheartedly recommend it! Thank you, Snezana and Milos for a lovely stay!

The owners are incredibly nice and hepful, the service alone is 11/10. The view is amazing, you have everything you need in the apartment from kitchen utensils to towels. All the town’s main features as well as the beaches are nearby. The value you get for the money is honestly amazing.

Very nice stay in Ulcinj

This appartment for a 3 nights stay in Ulcinj was amaizing. Modern, spacious and very clean, the best part is the view on the Adriatic Sea. We had all we need for our stay in the appartment. The hosts were really warm and welcoming and we had nice discussions with them. The beaches are near from the appartment and we can go there by walking.

A few points of improvement : our appartment did not have a window blind on one of the window so for the night that was a little inconvenient, there was also a smell coming from the bathroom probably from the pipeline but the ventilation would take it off. Also the loud noise coming from the nightclubs during the summer could be inconvenient but this would be for all accommodations in Ulcinj.

Nice, new, clean apartments with lovely hosts

This was our second time at IdealHouse, we spent 10 days at Milos and Zana's great apartment. I hope that next year we can come here again. As I wrote last year IdealHouse has new, beautiful apartments with stunning view to the sea and the old town. They have 3 more brand new apartments (N. 4, 5, 6) since last year, also very nice. The apartments are perfectly clean thanks to dear Zana, she's so sweet, always looks for our wishes just like a fairy godmother. Her brother Milos is the best host we've ever met, he's very cool, helpful, a good driver, knows everybody and fixes all your possible problems. At their apartment we felt like in sweet home: safe and relaxed. I definitely recommend them, you won't be disappointed. Thank you so much IdealHouse!

Friendly staff,very clean and really good location. Quiet and safe. Awesome view with 70m2 space. Also host let us check out in the afternoon. Host even offered us a lift for free to the local market and bus station. Surely in my list for next year.

We spent 9 wonderful days at IdealHouse apartment. Nice, perfectly clean, cosy, comfortable new apartment with stunning view from the mountainside to the sea and Ulcinj old town. Several local beaches are nearby as well as the oldtown, market, restaurants etc. Snezana and Milos are the best hosts that we ever met. Great people with great heart and soul. We're grateful for their endless effort to make their guests' holiday perfect. It was one of our best holiday thanks to our hosts and the beautiful Montenegro. Thank you so much! Hope we will go back again.

The apartment was very clean, cozy, well-equipped and new. View from balcony was amazing. Host was very helpful and friendly. Apartment is top of the hill so to get to apartment you have to climb many stairs or steep hill. That was not problem for us, just for information.

Divan odmor sa pogledom na more

Bili smo u stanu 9: tročlana porodica & pas. ☺ Pogled je neverovatan, terasa OGROMNA, izgleda još lepše nego na slikama. Stan je odlično opremljen, savršeno čist. Vlasnica je divna žena: laka komunikacija + mnogo nam je pomogla da se brzo snađemo u Ulcinju. Na 2 minuta hodom su prodavnice, na 5-10 minuta šetalište i restorani. Mi smo išli na Adu Bojanu svaki dan - to je 15-20 minuta vožnje. 👌

Za smeštaj nemamo nikakve zamerke. Jedino što nam je smetalo jeste glasna muzika od 22h do 1h uveče, koja dolazi sa šetališta. Nije šetalište toliko blizu, ali je stan na brdu, pa se muzika jako dobro čuje. Ko ima problem da zaspi - imajte to u vidu. Ja nosim čepiće za spavanje i to mi je rešilo problem. 👌

Domacini su izuzetno ljubazni i gostoprimivi. Za sve sto vam je potrebno tu su da pomognu. Mi smo zaista prezadovoljni. Apartmani su cisti uredni i poseduju sve sto vam je potrebno cak i vise od ostalih mesta na kojima sam bila. Pogled sa terasa je divan gleda na more i sto mi je bilo super nije bucno bas pravo mesto za odmor a opet grad je blizu kao i razne druge plaze pored male plaze u Ulcinju. Sve preporuke necete se pokajati.

Nije mi se dopalo sto mi je odmor kratko trajao pa sam morala da se vratim 😂

Oszałamiający widok na morze, Super czysty i klimatyzowany apartament, wyjątkowy gospodarz.

W apartamencie Ideal House spędziliśmy 2 tygodnie (4-osobowa rodzina z 14 letnim synem i 2,5 roczną córeczką), Widok z tarasu apartamentu na morze, na zachody słońca za każdym razem zapierał dech, gospodarz obiektu - Snezana jest wyjątkową osobą, zapewniała nam wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy, służyła poradą i wręcz wyprzedzała nasze potrzeby: takie jak zmiana pościeli, czy wypranie, wysuszenie i poukładanie naszych ubrań. Dzięki niej doświadczyliśmy serwisu jak w 6-gwiazdkowym hotelu. Sam apartament był komfortowy, bardzo czysty i klimatyzowany. Prywatny parking dla samochodów był zawsze dostępny. Dojazd do obiektu samochodem dostarcza trochę adrenaliny ze względu na strome podjazdy i wąską drogę, ale po kilku razach można się przyzwyczaić. Cała moja rodzina była bardzo zadowolona z pobytu w tym apartamencie. Zdecydowanie polecamy.

Fantasticno letovanje !

Veoma srdacni domacini. Odlican balans izmedju ljubaznosti i nenametljivosti. Uvek srusretljivi za sve sto vam treba. Apartman izuzetno uredan i cist. Udoban, prostran, veoma osvetljen, sa pogledom na more. Opremljen je svime sto vam treba za ugodan boravak. Ima dosta da se seta uzbrdo i nizbrdo, ali nama je to veoma prijalo. Ako na to gledate kao lepu aktivnost setnje uz cist vazduh, onda je to fantastican dozivljaj. Mi smo sveukupno odusevljeni uz zahvalnost nasim domacinima Snezani i Milosu.

Nismo uspeli da nadjemo ama bas nista sto bismo mogli zameriti ili izdvojiti kao lose.
