Wonderful location.

The location, size of the rooms, car parking and bicycle storage. Restaurant was lovely but building needs an update make over. It’s on a busy road but you can’t hear the traffic from inside the insulation is incredible.

It was a bit tatty, the skirting under the window in our room was coming off. The decor was old fashioned.

Adequate for one night.

Stayed for one night and was adequate. Hotel was clean and inviting and the food in the restaurant was lovely, as were the staff. The shower was brilliant. Parking was secure with gate locked at night, and a garage was offered for the motorbikes if we wanted it. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special.

The room was a decent size, however the toilet was separate from the shower and sink and was tiny, and I mean TINY. Would I stay here again.....possibly, if there was a room with a bigger toilet.

An unexpectedly wonderful stay

A huge bedroom with big bathroom, very well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The evening meal was a choice of 2 set menus because it was 14th July (a national holiday). The price was reasonable and the food was delicious. The roses around the outside of the building were gorgeous. The hotel is very central, being right at the end of one of the two bridges, very easy to find, and close to interesting medieval buildings.

I can't criticise anything.

Nice hotel - great restaurant!

The rooms were comfortable - but the outstanding feature of this hotel is its restaurant. Not only was the food and service excellent, so too was the surprisingly low cost. Definitely worth an overnight stay.

Good travelling break

We travelled by Motorcycle and the carpark was safe and gated at night. A bonus for expensive motorcycles. The restaurant in the Hotel was excellent and probably best option for good food in the town. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The rooms were large enough, well equipped and with essential toiletries. Would recommend it and stay again!

Not a fault of the hotel but Sunday evening is completely dead in towns and villages in france. No food or bar available at the hotel on return from travels. However there is a good Pizza place up the hill from the Hotel.

A comfortable city centre hotel providing delicious food and easy off-road parking.

The location in the centre of the town was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was so useful to be able to park in the hotel’s extensive gated forecourt. The dinner was delicious and very good value.

The staff were excellent. The receptionist was really helpful as were the waiting staff and the cleaning staff. Assume the Chef and Kitchen staff are too as Dinner was superb. The Continental Buffet breakfast also good, containing everything you might want. The room was very comfortable, with decent sized bath and shower. if in the area again will return.

Excellent, what could be shorter than that.

It is a perfect stop off point en route to the ports either at the start of your holiday or at the end. We have used it many times and always vow to return for a more extended stay. Superb dining room with equally superb menu and quality. Bedrooms are spacious and beautifully equipped.

Can’t think of anything, it rounded up our French trip superbly.
