Really enjoyable family ski holiday in a great hotel and resort.

Breakfast was very good, had everything you wanted ahead of a big ski day. The staff were all very friendly, compliments to Eva Hoffmann in particular ahead of our departure for sorting out our rooms. Franziska was also a great host at dinner.

The evening 5 course menus were generally excellent with the exception of a few of the courses during the week which were a little bit strange.

Great location and nice rooms, very good spa, but the food is a bummer.

The saunas, and swimming pool. The breakfast. The room was great and spacious. The location. Views on the mountain. Location near the slopes. A very charming and peaceful village where there is absolutely nothing to do:-) We like that.

The diner was quite poor in price/quality. The staff was friendly, but with a distance; not warm. There is not really a bar or something to sit after dinner. If you look for a place without children...maybe not go here.

Tolles Hotel direkt im Skigebiet

Sehr freundliches Personal; leckeres Essen, schöne Zimmer und Wellnessbereich. Bei verspäteter Abreise war ein Duschen im Wellnessbereich möglich.

Zur Skipiste geht es ein paar Höhenmeter rauf (anstrengend mit dem Material) oder man nimmt den Skibus. Skischuhwärmer war morgens kalt. Als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit darf ich diesen Tadel nicht übersehen: Feuerschutztüren zum Treppenhaus waren immer verkeilt. Ein Fluchtweg zur externen Fluchtleiter war durch abgestellte Reinigungwagen blockiert.

Für Skiferien eine gute Wahl

Pool, Saunas, Jause am Nachmittag mit etwas Süssem und Salzigem. Nur wenige Schritte gehen um auf die Skipiste zu gelangen.

Servicepersonal konnte nur schlecht Deutsch. Im Wellnessbereich gab es zu wenig Liegen und der Ruhebereich war nicht ruhig. Die Zimmer waren hellhörig und wenn man im Altbau war leider nicht so modern wie auf den Fotos.

Sehr gutes Essen, sehr gepflegtes, komfortables Zimmer. Sauna und Fitnessraum mit sehr guter Ausstattung und tolles, beheiztes Schwimmbad im Freien.

Namensschilder beim Personal wären schön.

Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt

Die Lage zur Skipiste perfekt. Kann direkt bis vor das Hotel mit den Ski abfahren. Sehr ruhige Umgebung trotz Kirche und Strasse . Beides nicht gehört bei offenem Fenster. Sehr guter Sauna und Wellness Bereich. Schönes modernes Zimmer. Gutes Essen.

Die hauseigene Bar läd nicht zum verweilen ein, trotz moderne wirkt sie kühl. Schade, dass das Kaminzimmer nicht angeheizt wurde. Vorschlag: das Kaminzimmer in den Barbetrieb integrieren.

Kurzurlaub in Damüls

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis des Hotels war sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Zimmer, das wir im Neubau hatten, war top.

Die Motivation und Freundlichkeit des Barkeepers könnte besser sein. Tip fürs Hotelzimmer: zwei Liegestühle auf dem Balkon währen noch angenehm.
