It was beautiful surroundings, but also not much nearby in terms of restaurants or things to do. Mostly just walking / hiking, and a little of uphill.

Overall, I really enjoyed the facility — everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the experience was great. The only small things I’d mention are that the spa didn’t open until 3:30 PM, which felt a bit late if you wanted to use it earlier in the day. Also, it would’ve been really helpful to have a fridge and a kettle in the room — those are quite important for convenience. Lastly, there was just one restaurant, and while the food was good, I would’ve appreciated a few more healthy options, like a wider variety of salads. Other than that, it was perfect!

The position very good for the lovers of excursions and walk on the mountains. The breakfast very good and rich. Exceptional cleanliness THe staff very great and the family Strasshofer-Madlener is fantastic. They make you feel at home. Thanks for your kindness and hospitality.

Aussergewöhnliche Lage direkt an der Skipiste. Vom geheizten Skikeller direkt auf die Piste. Toller Wellnessbereich. Sehr gutes Abendessen. Aufmerksames Personal.

Besonders super das im Ski räum ausreichend Platz für Ski und Schuhe war und die Plätze sind auf jedes Zimmer zugeordnet.

Wir konnten wunderschön geniessen und planen schon den nächsten Aufethalt.

Die Geschäftsführerin empfing uns freundlich und ermöglichte es uns, bereits am Morgen unkompliziert einzuchecken, die Skier anzulegen und direkt die Skipiste zu gehen die vor dem Haus liegt. Das Personal zeichnet sich durch Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und immer gut gelaunt. Das kulinarische Angebot ist vielseitig und der Wellnessbereich ist erstklassig.

Idyll in den Bergen

Der Spa Bereich ist atemberaubend schön und richtig groß. Das Personal war jederzeit super freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Essen war auch super. Die Umgebung ist perfekt für wandern oder im Winter Skifahren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Man muss beim Check-in zusätzlich 45€/Person für den Spa zahlen... Aber der Spa ist wirklich schön, also es lohnt sich.

Séjour au calme

Un hôtel magnifique, calme, propre, bonne literie ! Très belle vue, un personnel très attentionné. Les repas très bons, variés. Un petit déjeuner parfait ! Bref, un hôtel à recommander.

La seule chose qui manquait, c'est une fontaine à eau près de la piscine pour ceux qui ne prennent pas l'option payante pour l'accès au spa.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage, das aber durch versteckte Kosten, chaotische Organisation, ein enttäuschendes Frü

Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen, mit tollem Ambiente und einem sehr schönen Wellnessbereich. Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend.

Leider gibt es einige negative Punkte: • Versteckte Kosten: 45 € für die Nutzung des kompletten Spa-Bereichs, 25 € für die Tiefgarage, 25 € für die Nutzung des Bademantels(ohne Spa-Bereich) und sogar 50 € für die Endreinigung eines normalen Hotelzimmers. • Frühstück absolut enttäuschend: derselbe Kuchen stand drei Tage lang unter einer verschmutzten Kuchenglocke, Obst auf der Etagere wirkte alt und unappetitlich, Obstsalat nicht frisch, stand mehrere Tage. Die Waffelstation war angeschmuddelt, Teig ungekühlt, unabgedeckt, der Sahnespender dreckig. Das Frühstück wirkt insgesamt unappetitlich, wenig Abwechslung und ist die 25 € pro Person absolut nicht wert. Definitiv kein Frühstück, welches zum Ambiente dieses Hotels passt und man in dieser Preiskategorie erwarten würde . • Service: Ausstellung der Gästecard dauerte 2 Tage. Online falsch angelegt, zum Ausdrucken kein Papier vorrätig…. Beim Auschecken haben wir das mangelhafte Frühstück angesprochen – leider ohne jegliche Kulanz. Das wirkt wenig professionell und alles andere als serviceorientiert.

De ongelooflijk mooie omgeving in combinatie met de rust van de locatie . De niet ophoudende vriendelijkheid van het personeel , de lekkere en gezonde gevarieerde keuken , de zeer uitgebreide deugddoende wellness en het zalige zwembad,perfecte temperatuur en vooral ongelooflijk zacht water

Het enige dat tegenviel was dat we na een week terug naar huis moesten

Top Lage, super Blick und im ganzen ein wunderschönes Hotel mit super Wellness Bereich und tollen Gastgebern.

Tolle Lage und saubere Zimmer. Frühstück reichhaltig und sehr viel Auswahl. Personal total nett und hilfsbereit. Das Abendessen in Menüform ist ausbaufähig.

Das man bei Anreise vor 15h, wir reden hier von 2 Stunden, einen Betrag von 50€ hätte zahlen müssen, für einen Frühcheck in.Wir haben den Wellness Bereich nicht komplett genutzt, nur den Pool Bereich mit der dazugehörigen Sauna und mussten für den Bademantel pro Person 25€ zahlen. Das finde ich , muss im gesamt Preis schon mit drin sein, wenn ein Pool und eine Sauna mit dabei ist. Wir fahren seit 7 Jahren nach Österreich in Wellness Hotels und das haben wir noch nicht erlebt.

Fantastisch verblijf! Het is echt een ontzettend luxe resort(pas 4 jaar open) en zeker aan te raden! Mocht je nou echt luxe willen boek dan een suite (kamer 403) met een uitzicht pffff niet normaal zo mooi en prachtig! we komen zeker terug. Evert van der Zee

De prijs is wel aan de hoge kant maar ja je zit op 1700 meter hoog ;) de kaart om te dineren zou ik wat meer varieren en nog iets meer keuzes op de kaart zetten.

Ein rundum superschönes Weekend!

Unser Long Weekend war rundum perfekt. Wunderschönes Hotel an ausgezeichneter Lage mit nettem Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker und die Abendessen auch. Die Umgebung lädt zum wandern ein und die anschliessende Entspannung in der Saunalandschaft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch unser Hund war willkommen, das schätzen wir sehr. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein Ort, nach dem man sich immer wieder sehnt.

Wir sind das zweite Mal angereist und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Lage ist traumhaft, die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und es fühlt sich wie nachhause kommen an. Ein ganz großes Lob geht an das tolle und freundliche Personal, die total aufmerksam sind. Ein Ort, nach dem man sich immer wieder sehnt. Ein Ort, an dem man zur Ruhe kommt und sich wohlfühlt.

Es gibt keinen einziges Manko, welches ich erwähnen könnte.

Zum Wandern perfekte Lage. Von dem kostenlosen Zimmerupgrade bis zur Übernahme der Kosten für geführte Wanderungen und Lifte hatte man im Sommer alles was man gebraucht hat . Das 4-Gänge Menü am Abend hat qualitativ und quantitativ täglich überzeugt. Sehr schön eingerichtete Sauna mit tollem Bergblick und nicht überlaufen. Täglicher Zimmerservice der auch auf Kleinigkeiten geachtet hat und sehr zuvorkommend war . Sehr nettes Personal im gesamten Hotel.

Die Sauna Öffnungszeiten hätten für unseren Geschmack etwas länger sein können , sind aber dennoch ausreichend . Im Winter könnten die Kosten für die Tiefgarage negativ zur Last fallen.
