Just perfect
The approch of the waiter when we asked for lunch reservation for a group . There were tables available and we could adapt and split the group in two or more tables. No options were proposed. Very unpleasent .
Thanks to the concierge we could find a place for lunch nearby

Location! Location! Location!
Window in the room looked out onto a small shaft. I could not see sky or ground. The shaft had artificial lighting to replace natural lighting.

From the very first moment we arrived, the service was extremely disappointing. There was no genuine greeting or sense of welcome. Staff simply stood there and answered basic questions in a blunt, uninterested manner, which immediately set the tone for the stay.
Parking costs €25 per day, which is quite unacceptable considering the already high price paid for the room. Even more surprising is that access to the spa facilities is not included. For a hotel advertised as a “hotel & spa,” and especially at a five-star level, it is reasonable to expect at least basic access to the spa facilities to be included (excluding treatments and massages). Paying extra just to use the facilities is something I have never experienced in a hotel of this category.
The lack of hospitality continued until checkout. There was no question about how our stay was, no interest in guest satisfaction — just a blunt statement that the parking fee was €50, and that was it.
Overall, the experience felt cold, transactional, and far below the standards expected of a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, it did not justify the price paid, and we left feeling more like a number than valued guests.
P.s on top of all that, not even water is available for free in the roam, its all paid by in the minibar, if it isnt we were never told otherwise. Overall beyond disappointed. Stay away from it, there are much better places around.
