The location was great, close to the bus and train station and restaurants and shops.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was decent, and the bed was comfortable. Soundproofing was good, I was beside the lift but didn't hear it through the night.
Breakfast was good enough with a basic selection and all you really need. Good all-around value for money.
I was able to check out a bit late with no extra charge.

Location is perfect, possibility of parking in the mall in front of the hotel (15 euros per day) and easy.
Staff in general were young and nice.
Very clean and new.
Our room was too hot. The bathroom was literally a sauna. We really think there is still a problem with the air conditioning in our room even if the maintenance guy came and the staff tried to set up the room temperature from their central control panel. A room change was not possible due to non availability.
Breakfast needs to improve, we only had breakfast the first day for coffee mainly and there was not even that. When I asked the waiter he simply said there were no more capsules, only for decaf…(we came in the latest shift -there are 3 shifts because the breakfast area is too small-). We skipped breakfast the rest of the days.
