Front desk staff was friendly and could communicate with decent English. Very helpful and respectful.
Ongoing public road works in front has been there for quite some time now. It makes path leading to and from the hotel very dirty.

Arrived later than expected but was met with very friendly duty receptionist, everything was ready.
I was the only guest staying that night, but the room was "pre-warmed" and we settled on breakfast time for next morning.
Breakfast the next day was a very good buffet of fruit, cheese cold meets breads preserves etc. (could have fed 20 people) and hot food cooked freshly to order; and unlimited freshly squeezed (at the buffet counter) orange juice.
Hot water in the bathroom was almost instantaneous, on arrival and in the morning, which was surprising as I was on 5th floor and hotel was otherwise empty.
This would be an excellent and safe hotel for all travellers, especially for solo female guests, 24 hour attended reception at front entrance.
A small (boutique) hotel, well located in the centre of Vigo, family owned.
I will definitely use it again on my next visit to Galicia.
There are currently road works outside which start before 8am, and the footpaths are being renewed. That should be finished by summer.
Would prefer a heavier duvet, or full size counterpane on the bed, but room was warm, I just prefer heavier bedclothes.
The shampoo dispenser in the shower was awaiting a new insert, but I had my own in any event.
