Comfy bed, spacious room, lovely staff! Also the cafe on the ground floor was very good! We had hot chocolates on our first night, and ended up back there for dinner on the second night after struggling to find anything open early enough in town. Food was very good, service exceptional!
Individual room heating is controlled by reception, so if you need to adjust like we did because the room was too hot, you had to contact reception and unfortunately in our case the adjustment didn't work. Our workaround was to have the windows open, as we didn't want to pack up and change rooms (it was offered to us late on the first night).

The hotel is very well located in Vigo, on a beautiful street and within walking distance of the main attractions. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and they allowed us to leave our luggage before heading to the train station to catch our train to A Coruña, which we really appreciated. The hotel also offers coffee in the morning until a certain time, which was convenient.
Overall, the hotel felt quite old and in need of renovation. The room had an outdated appearance, and the toilet kept making a continuous dripping noise after flushing, which was uncomfortable. We were surprised that we had to pay extra just to have tea in the room, especially since my mother was sick at the time. During our two-week trip, this was the only hotel that charged us for something so basic.
The breakfast prices were extremely high. You had to pay a high base price for very basic items, and an even higher price for additional options. Although we ended up having breakfast there out of necessity, it did not feel worth the cost.
We were also told by the receptionist that we could visit the upper terrace with a beautiful city view. However, when we arrived, there was a private event taking place and we were not allowed to enter. No one had informed us that this could happen, and it felt disappointing.
For the price charged, the overall experience did not match our expectations. We stayed in several other hotels during our trip that were more affordable and offered a better experience.
