The location and breakfast were good
The AC didn't work. The room was too hot. We had to open the balcony door to cool the room, however the road noise was then a problem.
Instead of an apology the receptionist just said the temperature of all the rooms is controlled centrally. It is either hot or cold. She added that next week it would be changed to cold. Of course that was not helpful at all.
The hotel has the overall impression of a cheap hotel with no investment. But charging premium rates.

Good location and clean facilities
Disappointing deluxe room with 1 plug in room not working, bedside light not working and upgraded of room very expensive which I regret opting for .
