Our stay was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you goes to the chef, who kindly prepared a delicious salmon dish for my wife and me. It was one of the best meals we had during our trip and demonstrated genuine care for the guests. We would also like to express our gratitude to Flávia for her outstanding service. Her valuable recommendations and local tips helped us make the most of our time in Flåm and discover some of the area's most beautiful attractions. Our room was comfortable and beautifully maintained but the highlight was undoubtedly the phenomenal view of the fjords. Waking up every morning to such breathtaking scenery made our stay truly unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable experience. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Flåm.
The only thing we didn't like was having to leave. We truly enjoyed our stay and would have loved to spend more time in Flåm.
