What an absolute joy it was to stay in this lovely property. Cathy was a lovely welcoming host and made everything so easy check in wise, she couldn't have done any more. We had a fantastic stay at Svingen, even though it was very short.

Views from the guesthouse across the fjord were amazing. The kitchen facilities are very good and everything is very clean. There is a comfortable feel to the property which is enhanced by the very friendly hosts. Also, access along the board walk makes bringing your luggage relatively easy. Thank you

You are paying for the location and it was worth it. Waking up to a view of the fjord and being able to watch a dolphin potter around was amazing. The shared facilities were great with large sitting rooms and well equipped kitchen. Everywhere was warm and comfortable and well thought out. Check in and out was really easy and good comms. Nice simple walk with cases from the train or ferry.
You had to be on your toes to grab a shower in the shared facilities at times in the morning. Outside veranda would have been nice to use more between showers if there was a way of drying chairs.
