Great for work travels

Enjoyed the stay, very good and stable WiFi, comfortable bed. Great proximity to public transport, only a 3 minute walk to a transport hub, metro and buses (start/end of the lines, so could actually find an empty seat). There is a convenience store across the street, and another one 2 minutes further. Didn't test the restaurant on-site, but the pizza from next door is really good.

The gym is actually a small room on the 6th floor, and can only be accessed after 8 AM, due to the noise of the machines, that might bother other guests. I know it's probably not very important to most, but I wanted to have a good treadmill run before leaving for a morning event, which proved to be impossible due to the opening hour.

Room was clean and nicely decorated. Resturant served good food at reasonable prices.

breakfast was okay but only one variety of cheese and crepes and pancakes were not kept warm which I thought was a little odd but maybe normal practice in france.

Very clean, newly remodeled bathroom, very well maintained hotel. Nice and efficient staff.

Dark colors in the hallways, neighborhood is just ok. Some photos show it as a Best Western, but is not.

The rooms are decent, the rest is absolutely a disaster

the hote is super old, the facilities are from the 70s and they haven’t invested anything. it felt like a travel in time. Also it was super expensive especially considering what they had to offer.

Terrible place

Only convenience was the location as we had business meetings west of Lyon.

Honestly a terrible stay. Hard, small beds (80cm wide), huge hard pillows, cold rooms, terrible interior decoration, harsh LED lights everywhere, felt like staying in a hospital. View from the rooms of lots of trash cans in a back alley. Bad concierge service, nearly cancelled our booking 6 hours before arrival because THEIR card machine wasn't working for the pre-authorisation. Terrible breakfast, horrible canteen-style restaurant. Neighbourhood residential, not close to transport links, no nice shops or restaurants. Stated they had parking, which was very misleading- there was (very expensive) on-street parking. Had to drive around for 20 mins at 22:30 to find a single parking spot. All of this for 150 EUR a night. Wouldn't even have paid 60-70 EUR for this experience. Do not recommend for business travellers. Or anyone frankly.

the rooms very clean, which means a lot to me

I had an impression that my room was a part of a larger appartment with 2 rooms, since there was an inside door, between the two rooms, which maked me feel a bit uncomfortable, since the next room was occupied by other people and you could listen their conversations. That was very thin door and it was locked by a little latch, which one may probably have in the bathroom. When we arrived the first think we were told is that the rooms are not going to be cleaned every day due to energy crisis, though cleaning doesnt necesserity mean change of towels, they could have cleaned it without changing towels, just to have clean room I suppose!
