The location was wonderful and the room was comfortable.
The stairs were hard to navigate with bags.

Very good location, right by the river and within sight of the Castle.
Our bed was quite firm. The room was in a strange courtyard with views of other walls of the hotel. When the 4 bins were emptied at around 7am the noise they made was extremely loud in our room and very unwelcome after a late night.
