    Can honestly say this is nicest hotel room we have ever stayed in and we haved visited many counteries. Very modern large TV for that " chill hour " before dinner. Right in the centre across from the Castle. Amazing hotel

    Overall, a really nice stay. The room was wonderfully decorated, comfortable and clean, although the fridge could have done with some attention. Breakfast was OK, although the staff were quite abrupt at times. It was very busy, so that may have played a part. The hotel itself is lovely and the location is fantastic for exploring Windsor. I’d happily stay again.

    Excellent location, all the staff are super helpful, rooms are perfect for a fussy sleeper like me - quiet, dark and with AC which really works. Hotel is everything you want for this price - breakfast is ok, but you can order à la carte if you want fresh stuff Only improvement suggestion is the garage - which is fantastic for such a central location- (£40pn) but it’s a bit of a pain to get the concierge to open the door to get in (and out) - why don’t you fit a sensor at least to get out ?

    For a 4star hotel the room was no better than I would expect from a 2star. The cupboard door in front of the fridge was hanging off, their were no pods for the coffee machine and even though I was promised some would be sent up they never arrived. Also the safe was none functional and it took two requests to have it fixed. The bed was uncomfortable causing us to roll together during the night and the pillows were appalling giving no support. I was extremely disappointed. On the plus side the location in relation to the castle was very good.
