    Our room was small but perfectly fine. The staff were lovely and happy to help. We were lucky to have air conditioning in our room but I understand not all rooms do (front desk staff confirmed this). I don't know which rooms do or don't, but I can tell you room 116 does have a/c. We stayed for two nights and it was perfectly fine.

    This hotel is slap bank in the centre of Windsor directly opposite the main entrance to the castle. After seeing the reviews I was a little concerned however for an overnight stay it is fine. We had a large room on the corner 316 I think and it was perfect, large king sized bed and a comfy sofa bed for the children. The views from the window were great. Bathroom was fine, clean and plenty of hot water. The tap was constantly trickling in the bath tub (washer had gone) but that didn’t cause us an issue. Beds comfy and Reception staff friendly and helpful. There isn’t any parking on site but there’s plenty within a short walking distance as well. We used it as a base to go to Lego land the following day.

    The property was closed for five years and reopened two years ago. Appears no maintenance performed for at least seven years

    Reminded the staff of no hot water twice, still nothing done. Said they would phone me about repair, nothing...wont be going back !
