The location and the small private beach. The pool area, while small, was very nice and looks directly over the sea.
Two issues. Our room (503) was directly below the bar. Scraping of chairs on marble floors and opening/closing kept us awake.
Other issue. The beach umbrellas and sun loungers at the pool had blood on them. Looked like someone cut themselves closing up. When I told the staff, two covers were replaced but the rest were left uncleaned.

The Balcón de Europa was a highlight, with breathtaking sea views and such a lovely atmosphere. Beautiful location, very relaxing and full of charm.
