The best place for a cozy ski getaway!!

Comfortable hotel with very nice staff and good facilities

Very convenient and comfortable hotel with very nice staff. Great swimming pool. Good food, after skisnacks highly appreciated. Good bus service, only 5 minutes drive from the lifts

Bed cushions could be better, and we really missed a water cooker with tea and coffee in our bedroom

I had a fairly small room which was a bit old fashioned, no tea or coffee facilities, and water was on rations (you need to order wine to get a glass of water at dinner!) shower in bath tub adequate

Lovely hotel, location not ideal, food good, wifi poor

The food was enjoyable and everything was very efficient and clean

The wifi was very poor throughout our stay. Normally at 5MB download which made downloading anything very slow or impossible. When i booked through booking.com it was not clear that we were booking half board. I know we were there at peak season, but the day rate for the room was very high. I would prefer to stay in the town, closer to the lifts and bars/restaurants

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful and cosy hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Food was delicious. The staff is very nice. An excellent taxi service to the ski lifts is included in the price. All in all, the hotel is perfectly managed. All recommendations

Friendly, traditional hotel where I experienced helpful and friendly staff

Staff were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and look after me (Victor at breakfast took the time to talk to this solo traveller, and reception was really helpful when I asked at the eleventh hour for an early morning packed breakfast). I liked the traditional feel of the place, especially the bar and restaurant areas. In terms of location, it was conveniently close to the free shuttle bus. The hotel’s own shuttle was also convenient. It is easy to walk down the hill to town in the evening (as it is downhill!). Less so retuning uphill after a night out, but invigorating! As it is not right in the centre, it was also quiet, which was not the experience my friends had who were staying at Anthony’s in the centre.

Small comment, but I think that some of the messaging is a little institutional in feeling and probably causes more harm to the hotel than the benefit it seeks to preserve. For example; the sign on the fridge in the room that says that you cannot store anything in it or will receive a 30 euro charge (it is meant to be just for use as a hotel mini bar). I didn’t intend to put my own things in there anyway, but this felt unnecessarily harsh and inflexible.

Nice and cozy place for skiers.

The hotel is quite convenient for skiers, all what needed is there: the storage room, the bus, taking you to the lift and etc. Clean and comfortable. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Good swimming pool spa zone with very nice hot sauna. The barman is really good and attentive, makes extremely good cocktails. The place is very cozy. We came at 09:00 in the evening when the restaurant was closed. But the hotel prepared and served some snacks for us, which was EXTREMELY nice of them and very pleasant after 7 hours of driving.

Price quality ratio did not match expectations. We paid 425 euro per night (high season, came too late to book), at this price we would expect a bit higher quality. We also did not like the food. Breakfast was too small in terms of variety. If you come late in the morning - a lot of the options are gone. Evening meals were not delicious.

The 4 star hotel is missing another star, we enjoyed our stay in the lovely hotel with Austrian Charm. The family running the hotel was very nice and lovely. The 6 course dinners where impressive!! I typically don't find Austrian food exquisit but this hotel stepped up their game and delivered. Every course was very well thought off down to the smallest deco on the plate. Breakfast buffet was also delicious with a variety of fresh baked breads, fruits, cheeses, meats, and coffee, tea including mimosas! The spa area had a sauna and lounge panoramic view that was breathtaking. Incredible Hotel, will come back!

Locatie is wat verder van het centrum om te lopen, maar shuttle service is perfect. En buiten die uren kan je ook met de normale skibus.

Skøn beliggenhed og dejlig service

Hotellet ligger med fin udsigt og gåafstand til bymidten. Der er fin service morgen og eftermiddag hvor hotellets egen minibus kører gæsterne til og fra liften i byen.

Vi var rigtig glade for opholdet på hotellet.

Schöner Skiurlaub am Arlberg

Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes, es wird aber ein kostenloses Ski Shuttle angeboten, Fahrzeit ca. 3-4 Minuten. Es stehen Außen- und Garagenparkplätze sowie ein Skiraum zur Verfügung. Zimmer mit Balkon und schöner Aussicht war groß, gute Betten, keine Minibar und Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Schöner kleiner Wellnessbereich mit Panoramasauna (herrliche Aussicht auf die Berge) und Liegebereich. Es stehen immer genügend Saunatücher zur Verfügung, Aufgüsse können von den Gästen selbst durchgeführt werden (kein Saunameister). Frühstück war ausreichend, etwas später waren teilweise einige Speisen nicht mehr vorhanden. Filterkaffee ist kostenlos, Kaffee von der Kaffeemaschine (Espresso, Verlängerter usw...) müssen extra bezahlt werden. Nachmittagssnack mit einer Speise (z.B. Suppe, Würstel, Wurstsalat usw...) und sehr gutem Kuchen im Preis enthalten. Abendessen war sehr gut und schmeckte köstlich. Salate und Käse vom Buffet, sonst werden alle Speisen serviert wie es sein sollte (Teller gewärmt, Speisen heiß). Servicepersonal sehr freundlich, Speisen und Getränke wurden flott serviert.
