We will be back!

It is a charming house in a very central location, decorated with taste and confort. The host is very welcoming and plaisant. She did all she could to accomodate our needs. The breakfast was delicious and the dining room gorgeous. A beautiful stay with beautiful people.

Peaceful cosy hotel for couples and clean

We had breakfast outside thanks to the nice weather. The choice was excellent. Good quality of fresh food, very testy and enough. Well served. The hotel is equipped by designed cosy furniture. Limited possibility of parking but we were lucky ones. Very friendly personnel. Everthing clean, room bar full. Soap, schampoo and hair dryer available. Coffee machine and some tea in the room. We can recommend and definitely come back.

Sunny bank Holiday weekend

Beautiful little Auberge, delicious homemade breakfast and super friendly staff/owners. Jan and Kristien renovated everything with great care and detail and they were very helpful. Everything went smooth and easy from start to the end. We liked it very much and totally recommend 👌🏼

Nothing, except maybe the third (sofa) bed in the room which was not the most comfortable but it was indicated in the description that is was a sofa bed

A wonderful place to stay. Everything was top class: the pre-arrival communication, the welcome on arrival, the room itself and the lovely breakfast including home-made jam and bread. The location is right in the centre of De Haan, with a great Spanish restaurant next door (as recommended by our host).

Enjoyable and comfortable base for a holiday in De Haan.

This cosy guesthouse has been sympathetically renovated to a high standard with great attention to practical details and furnishings. Comfortable beds, an overhead rainfall-style shower and plenty of plug sockets and usb charging sockets that are easily accessible in the room. A good selection at breakfast with some items to cooked to order. Guest lounge and honesty bar. Outside terrace at the front of the property with parking at the rear. Mark, the owner, is very personable and welcoming. A good choice for couples and solo adult travellers wanting a central yet quiet location in De Haan, near to the beach, restaurants and local facilities.

Extraordinary

Beautifully furnished with care and love in every detail, really comfy bed and absolute highlight was great breakfast.. home made fresh bread, marmalade, yoghurt, fresh fruit, eggs made upon wishes, and more. And last but not the least, warm welcome and service by the owner. Location is also perfect. We had an amazing time!!

Not spotlessly clean in the room bath has no curtain so that all the water is on the floor if you try to take a shower room is very small (come on, we’re not in Paris! )) but due to the nice staff overall impression is quite positive!

Amazing B&B in the center of De Haan

A recently renovated Guesthouse, the owners kept the charm of this lovely house from 1929. Nice bed- and bathroom with high end furniture. Breakfast at its best!!! Aisha shows great abilities in hospality, thank you :)

People with a light sleep might need earplugs. As said before the house is old, what makes its charm, but you also hear a lot of noises as for example the steps, the doors etc.

Sehr nette Gastgeber und ein tolles Frühstück! Beim Frühstück gab es selbstgebackenes Brot, frisch gepressten Orangensaft, Obstsalat, viel Aufschnitt und auf Wunsch auch wie gewünscht zubereitete Eier. Die Sauberkeit war auch stets gegeben: saubere Zimmer, auf Wunsch täglich frische Handtücher und Zimmerreinigung. Zur Lage: zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Auch die Tram ist direkt in der Nähe. Insgesamt: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Unser Zimmer war etwas hellhörig. Morgens hat es uns aber nicht weiter gestört, da wir auch Frühaufsteher sind. Abends hört man eben die zurückkommenden/umliegenden Gäste, besonders die Leute eine Etage über einem.

Convivial, chaleureux.. l’accueil impeccable avec le sourire.. la chambre superbe tout se qui faut. Le petit déjeuné en buffet, fruit de saison, varié. La patronne est géniale au petit soin pour les clients. Tout près de la plage. J’ai hâte de revenir. Merci beaucoup pour ce petit séjour ❤️

Charmant, gezellig hotel

De gastvrouw is supervriendelijk. De kamer was kraaknet. Er was een koffiezetapparaat, een minibar in de kamer. De badkamer: douche was ruim, alles zeer net. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en de gastvrouw kwam regelmatig vragen of er nog iets nodig was. Het hotel zelf en de inrichting vonden wij echt passen in de stijl van De Haan. Wij hadden een superleuk verblijf!

Alles! Wunderschönes altes Haus, welches liebevoll renoviert wurde und sehr gut in Schuss ist. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend: Alles ist frisch gemacht, es gab frisch gepressten Saft, das Brot war noch warm, Eierspeisen werden auf Bestellung frisch zubereitet, Joghurt und Konfitüre sind selbstgemacht, tolle Auswahl an Fleisch und Käse. Man merkt die Liebe. Tolle Gastgeberin, die sich rührend um die Gäste kümmert (vor allem beim Frühstück)

Kleines Manko: Aufgrund der Zimmergrösse fehlt es an Abstellfläche. Eigene Kaffeemaschine ist toll, braucht aber viel Platz, der anderweitig genutzt werden könnte
