Not worth the money

Close to the airport

The place is not renovated like the pictures show, facilities such as elevator don’t work, so we had to carry suitcases upstairs. In the bathroom there is mold, that is dangerous and room standard is definitely not 4 stars, closer to two.

We are coming to help the people after flood 2024. It is the closet hotel from Paiporta.

It is not easy to arrive by public transportation except you drive here. I am aware the service is not complete worked after the flood, ex. elevator. But I don't understand why there was no hair dryer in room. Besides, I had a very bad experience of the cancelation policy. I got charged after the free cancelation policy. I received the refund the next day of arrive and waste a lots of time to explain the situation.

- Location was good for one night stay, our purpose was to pick up family from the airport, 13 min drive from the facilities made it possible. - breakfast was okay, all necessary however if you are planning to stay for longer the offer is poor - inside parking was good, the car did not heat up what was very valuable

- the hotel on the pictures looked very charming, the reality is very old, over used furniture, bad smell all across the hallway and too much chlore smell in the room - bathroom is with a bath with jacuzzi mode, which got unlocked while washing itself, huge steams of water started to splash out on the floor, buttons were over used and did not respond, all floor was wet, when my husband when to reception to ask for help, personal just sent him away with advice to check the electric panel, did not offer any help. - breakfast is served in the room where oven is working, warming pan is working so in the end it feels like in the sauna, no ventilation. - parking was underground, the ways to get to hotel was weird, through evacuation exits somewhere near kitchen, no signs, where you really are not sure if you go right direction.

Hotel most suited for a 1-2 day stay max while in transit

Staff were helpful, room was clean and recently upgraded and sufficient for our 3 day stay

Breakfast very poor, cant believe the hotel didnt have fresh orange juice at breakfast , the bar was not very inviting and most times there was no staff to cater for guests. Area around the swimming pool and the pool itself was not well maintained . Also a 20 min walk to nearest metro station

Do not go until the works are finished, very bad experience

The room was spacious, but that's the only good point of this hotel...

This hotel should not be open while the room are not finished... The room smelled really bad, like an old smoking room covered with perfume. The mattress was really cheap and uncomfortable, we could feel the plastic underpad, under the bed sheets. One light in the bathroom was broken, one towel was stained with black (not well cleaned), the toilet paper did not fit into the holder ? Very loudly renovation work going on in the morning. If you use the stairs you go through the works that are going on in the first floor. Overall the experience was quite bad. For a 1* motel it would be OK, but for a 3* it is not okay... I suggest to wait until the works are finished, the rooms ready and improved to go to this hotel.

Superb

We had two king single beds pushed together so a lot of room! Beautiful clean room with shower gel and shampoo provided. Very quiet area. Lovely staff.

This hotel has a lot of potential that is not being utilised such as the pool area and dining room. There are many areas that could be turned into beautiful spaces. The restaurant offers a different 3 course meal each night which was written on a piece of paper that we could not understand. The location is out of town in an industrial area.

Don't waste money!

Nothing.

Rooms is very dirty. Bed linen was hairy and wrinkled, most likely it was not CHANGED after the previous guests. Bathroom was dirty, toilet with traces of urine. AND SMALL URINE IN THE ROOM. REQUEST TO CHANGE THE ROOM, ANSWER: WE DONT HAVE ANY ROOM. Worse stay in my life.

There was some kind of event or celebration, we had to call to receptionist and please ask to stop, we had to wake up at 5am for the marathon. They said music will end at least by 10:30pm, at the end it finished at 11.

A grand looking hotel that lacks customer services.

The location for what we were doing was perfect. The rooms were clean. The hotel was very grand looking and staff were initially ok.

The hotel seemed to not be concerned with looking after the clients. For example we were unable to get even a coffee after work on Sunday afternoon and then after we went out for dinner we were unable to use the hotel bar, it was closed. We didnt even try to use the hotel for dinner due to having to book and we didnt know when we would be back from work. We also missed most breakfasts since we had to go out early. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room and not one English TV channel.
