Absolutely lovely apartment just around the corner from a Main Street with its own courtyard. Communication with Alice was flawless, she was very helpful. Our visit started with parking our car at the private spot where Simon assisted us with directions to the apartment, he was wonderful! We met Alice who showed us the room and explained checkout. The apartment is very comfortable in a great location. There was a bit of a walk from parking to the apartment but the positive is there were no steps or large inclines.

The property is at this amazing spot that gets you back to 1820. Well preserved and beautifully designed rooms and common areas. The chef makes your coffee and breakfast in the morning and you can stay on the small balcony or better yet at the garden nearby where you see the real Tuscany. Cleo is the most amazing host and because I am professional in running hotels, I wish all hotels have owners or managers like her!
