It is very natuere in the middle of Tuscany very cloose to San Gimignano
No too much infomration about San Gimignano and wehen we decied to visit was so late, but the town is espectacular and practically we missed the experience

The location was perfect. Cleanliness and room decoration were exceptional We had our breakfast in a picnic basket overlooking the valley which was outstanding

Clean, comfortable rooms with a very comfortable bed in a great location
Amenities were limited, and the outdoor seating area lacked comfort. Activities also felt overpriced (we didn't try any of them, so cannot comment on the quality of these)
