    This hotel is just what we wanted for our 3 nights in Venice. Great location (just around the corner from Guigle boat stop from the airport) Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was gorgeous, modern facilities and clean. Good selection of bars and restaurants on your doorstop. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

    We booked a classic room with two twin beds, but was given a different room with a queen bed on the very top of the building (room 29). When my wife requested for what we booked, the staff sounded like they did us a favor by giving us the room 29 since there was an extra bed in that room. We were unhappy about this because we did not need the extra bed. We wanted to get exactly what we booked and what we paid for. During our staying, we had to climb the narrow stairs...
