Great location, lovely hotel, very comfortable room.

Location was great - 12 minute walk to the train station. Their breakfast is a normal European breakfast - light. The room had AC without a locked temperature which was great because we could put it to as cold as we wanted.
Issue:
There was sooo many fruit flies in our room. I don’t know if that’s a Venice thing but we had to kill so many of them. They were in the building a little too.
The shower was good but in our room the floor wasn’t sloped properly so all the shower water went from the bathroom to the outside of our room door. There was a 1” puddle by our door. So keep that in mind when showering and don’t have any thing on the floor. Thankfully the floor was all tile.
