The staff were friendly and helpful.
The Prosecco in the reception area was a lovely welcome.
The 2 rooms were not as pictured on booking.com site, and we ended up on the top floor with tiny windows, low head room and not enough airflow. The air-conditioner and fan were very noisy.
It was a great location for drop off and pick up, and it was close to the castle.
I would stay here again but I would make sure I had a lower floor room.
